Its always a challenge to manage such a big group but I must say trip was very well organised and both Shivam and Ayushi were quite responsive and always available for any kind of help we needed throughout the tour. The driver cum guide Shubash was best we had till date. Very polite and calm in nature . All the hotels Highland were very good. Everything else was perfect. We really enjoyed and had lot of fun. I'd like to share my recent experience with Travel Triangle, but first, let's rewind a bit. Back in 2019, I planned a trip to Himachal through MakeMyTrip, not knowing about Travel Triangle at the time. The entire experience, from the hotel to the cab and sightseeing, was fantastic. It left a lasting impression on me, setting a high standard in my mind for any future trips booked through similar travel sites. Fast forward to April, a friend suggested Travel Triangle for my trip to Mussorrie. After some deliberation, I decided to give it a try. Despite a bit of back and forth, the trip was booked, including a cab from Dehradun. However, there was a bit of confusion with the drivers – three called claiming they'd pick me up, but it was the fourth who finally arrived. In comparison, MakeMyTrip had promptly shared driver and cab details soon after booking. Let's talk about the present. The cab that arrived in Dehradun was clean and well-maintained, and the driver was courteous. Though there was a minor hiccup with payment, it was swiftly resolved. I even gave the driver some money for fuel, which he promptly returned before dropping us back in Dehradun. Our journey to Mussorrie was comfortable, and we reached by 10:30 am. We were pleasantly surprised when Adventure Mania, the travel company, accommodated our request for early check-in. However, upon entering the room, it didn't quite match the deluxe room with a balcony that I had booked. The view from the balcony was disappointing, facing a garbage dump, and the washroom was average at best. The food quality at the hotel was excellent, though. Breakfast choices were limited, but the quality made up for it. Now, onto sightseeing. We explored Mall Road and Gun Hill Point on the first day, and on the second, we used the cab to visit Kempty Fall and Company Garden. While the ride quality was good, the driver lacked the enthusiasm we had experienced with MakeMyTrip. When we requested a visit to Landour, known for its famous bake house, the driver suggested renting a two-wheeler instead, citing difficulty for a cab. However, upon renting one, we saw cars coming and going to Landour without any issue. In conclusion, my first trip with MakeMyTrip set a high standard, and perhaps Travel Triangle wasn't able to meet those expectations. There were some hiccups along the way, but overall, it was a decent experience. Also, I want to emphasize that while I've shared my feedback, I don't have any complaints about the cab, driver, or hotel. I'm simply sharing my experience in the hope that it may provide insights for improvement.

Our trip to Mussorie and Rishikesh was arranged by Shivam from PC tours and travels. He is a genuine guy and he arranged everything for us. The hotels, cab and driver everything were good. Everything is fine except hotel. I have booked 3-star hotel, but the hotel provided by travel triangle was 0 star. On the first night, there was very bad smell coming from pillow, matteres and blanket. No door mats were available in the room. No proper room service. Very disappointed

I had the pleasure of taking a trip planned by travel triangle,it was very well planned,staff was very helpful,my friends and i enjoyed very much and i would like people to give them a chance if they really want very helpful and organised trip. Tea in the mountains and weather was awesome....bonfire and music with friends was best.

Each and everything was properly arranged and was available to us on time. All the hotels booked were neat and clean and the staff there was also providing a very good service. Shivam was also very proactive and was always always in touch with us. Continuously taking feedbacks regarding the service being provided there and making our experience Higly Recommended..........

The travel agent staff didn't make a proper scenario for visit the places. Many of the places left which can be easily covered. The 3rd day was absolutely free from their side which could be engaged by visiting nearby places. Costing was really high for our pacakage. No thanks!!

The agent assigned to me, Vijay, was very thorough. He made sure we had everything we needed and checked on us to make sure everything was okay. It's hard sometimes to contact tour operators from far away and arrange everything, and he made sure it was all set. He also translated when needed.

We really enjoyed the trip, hotels was very good and they help us lot. Only problem is taste of food, actually the hotel food was tasteless. Services given by agent was exceptionally good.
