              We were well before time at boarding gates and everything was smooth till then. I had time so called driver and checked from him about the car and space availability which he told the amount of luggage you have and number of passengers will not fit. I got confused as I was assured about the same from my travel agent for whom there was a awesome feedback provided by many previous vacationers. I was shell shocked and frustrated knowing the miss communication she passed on. With lot of to and fro calls and justifying my stand she understood the pain I will go through. After much deliberation and behaving like a typical travel agent for a while which I made sure she should not behave and provide me the best in class service. She obliged and provided with me the solution with no extra charge which was commendable from her end. All the permits and arrangement was done in well advance and I don't have to ask my travel agent about anything as she has arranged everything perfectly well. Reify services are good from the first interaction with manager till the last interaction with my travel agent Nikitha. I would surely recommend you to book your package with Reify. My first Snowfall experience and adventure at Sela Pass on snow covered roads.

              Overall the trip was amazing. Hotels were good and most of the time one way or close to destination. Cleanliness was great in most of the hotels. Food was good. The exceptional service and help was provided by cab driver, Mr. Joy. Very decent personality and most of his suggestions in sight seeing help to save time and explore more. His safr driving was noticeable, and helped to explore hassle-free. The only suggestion to Euphoria is to share more details to tourist to avoid last moment enquiries. Thanks a lot Euphoria and Aloka Madam to make our North -East journey most memorable. Overall has nice experience. However, Bumala pass (India-China border, Tawang) was exceptional experience at minus 8°. Snow was falling, Everything were covered with snow. That was all amazing.

              1. There were so many other better hotels in Bomdila as we saw, but we stayed in a not so clean and not so good hotel. 2. The agent could have told us about Kamakya temple visiting procedure and he could have told us about pre-booking tickets and could have booked them

              The trip was overall good. Mr Prabhat was there, assisting throughout to make sure everything falls in place. We faced a small inconvenience from the local agent who tried to change our driver mid-way with another driver who had some behavioural issues with other group of travellers, and thus he was being forced upon us. The other issue being, our Kaziranga safari coincided with the PM's visit. For this the core Kohora region was unavailable that day. We were trying to reschedule our safari bcoz of this to some other day but the local Assam operator assured us that the PM's visit won't interfere with ours, even after us repeated telling him otherwise (media was reporting this 4-5 days prior). Only at the last moment he agreed that our safari won't go as planned and asked us to visit the secondary-bagori range. This caused us some disappointment as we were anticipating this prior. Apart from these 2 hiccups the trip went smoothly. The provided original driver was exceptional and hotels were decent.

              It was a trip planned as per our requirements by Indeman Travel Solutions. Mr Sunny Chaurasia who made it such a great tour. He was in constant touch from the time of planning. The best of the hotels were booked and the Vehicle also was good. The Driver Mr Boaln Daka was great in negotiating the winding roads in Arunachal, his skills were too good on the narrow road to Dwaki and back with heavy dumpers along the route.               I would like to share my Northeast travel experience with you. It was a 10 days family trip that covered most of the places in Assam and Meghalaya. First off, I want to express my gratitude to Ms. Nikita Chauhan from Reify for being our travel agent and expertly planning the vacation. One of the visitors who had previously travelled and enjoyed the tour gave me her contact information. And I promise to keep up this cycle and provide her referrals from all of my known colleagues and friends who have tour plans in the future. The hotels that were booked was decent to meet our expectations and provided us with a comfortable stay. Secondly, our chauffeur Mr. Jittu Moni Das was extremely friendly and used to drive cautiously. The vehicle was kept clean and drives smooth. Overall it was an amazing tour which packed bundle of sweet memories that lasts till eternity. A big shout out to everybody who contributed in making this tour a great success! Thank you!!

              Our 10-day tour of Arunachal Pradesh and Meghalaya with Northeast Window Travels was a memorable experience. Eliyaz, provided excellent care, even assisting with the special NRI permits and expertly navigating the drive to Tawang, with stops in Dirang to visit monasteries. While some hotels initially fell short of expectations, Eliyaz promptly addressed our feedback and arranged alternative accommodations, which we greatly appreciated. Kids especially loved Tarayana Homestay in Sappercamp Village, Dirang, Arunachal Pradesh. The food was fantastic, the atmosphere was lovely, and the host was incredibly welcoming. We also had a great dining experience at Prashaanti Cottages in Bhalukpong—the food there was amazing and definitely worth trying if you're in the area. We highly recommend both Tarayana Homestay and Tawang Heights for anyone planning a trip to this region. For future travelers considering this tour, few recommendations: don’t include dinner in the package, as local dining options can be preferable; confirm the availability of in-room heaters (many are chargeable); and verify hotel details before the trip. Overall, despite these minor issues, we had a fantastic time and commend Eliyaz and the Northeast Window Travels team for creating such a wonderful trip.

              All hotels were good except dhanshree. Breakfast should be improved. All hotels have same breakfast menu of puri bhaji. Cab driver was good except spitting habits . Tipi orchid garden should be removed from itenary. There were no orchids at all.

              Trip has been good; traveler(s) is advised to carry ready to cook meals as some of the hotels have timings for ordering food; good to keep small meals handy to pass-it-off especially with kid(s). 1-2 Hotels wasn't upto the mark, namely; Deysal Noora @ Bomdila and Kutmadan @Cherrapunjee (Small rooms with not so good hygiene & too off-beat location that the driver couldn't understand the location) Rest the trip has been a great getaway especially Arunachal-Tawang (Olden day's Tibet) There's hardly anything in Dirang and Bomdila. P.S.: Book a helicopter ride from Tawang to Guwahati than 2 days extensive car rides (Suggestion)

              First of all, I would like to thank the entire Itvaar team for the booking experience and execution. Special appreciation for Nikita for the suggestions regarding itinerary and selection of perfect hotels for our stay. She was in constant touch even during our travels. Secondly, I would like to mention Raju bhaiyya who was our driver for the entire trip. His car was in excellent condition. His driving was well suited for the terrain of Arunachal Pradesh. Absolutely nothing to complain about his services. Thirdly, the car allocated to us for Bumla Pass was perfect. Mr Nima, the driver, was well informed and took care of this trip perfectly. Overall, the trip was well planned and modified as per our requirements. There were absolutely no hidden charges and no untoward surprises on the entire trip. Our first stop at Kanoka Village Resort was a beautiful property on a tea estate. Even Though it was remote it had all the amenities of a four star property. We would have enjoyed another day here just to relax. The Dirang Boutique was a nice and cosy property, impressively managed by an all woman team. The food could have been a bit better. Tawang Heights was also a perfectly located property near Tawang market. The food quality was excellent. Hotel Grand at Bomdilla was a pit stop. The rooms here were the best till here. The food served was also perfect. Lastly, the Kaziranga experience was extraordinary. Borgos resort is an exclusive resort with multiple restaurants. Loved it especially after a long stay in the mountains. They served authentic Assamese food which was delicious. Mr Rudra arranged the safari trips for us with no hidden charges.Kaziranga National Park was an out of the world experience. The famous one horned Rhinos were abundantly sighted.
