Everything was timely starting from pick up and drop off and exploring around.They were all very helpful! I found the price to be a little expensive but then that was totally worth it! I’m a bit disappointed with the service of agent Advance easy trip. There were few blunders like Driver suddenly got changed and nobody including travel agent was aware that this is going to happen. They had no clear communication with Transporter. However new driver Shankar was really good and cooperative, hence we continued with him. Agent told me to pay directly to them not to the driver but it was again a miscommunication…Driver wasn’t aware and said I did not get my payment. After my multiple follow ups with Travel agent this was sorted. Also new driver was not aware of way of Hotel…I requested agent to ask someone local who can call the driver and guide him but nobody called after my multiple follow-ups . Jyoti (agent) ko kuch pata hi nahi hota tha..Anyways Driver was very good, he managed things somehow. And Hotel service was also fine.

Travel Agent Vikas just a nice guy to plan out the Shimla Trip. Overally the trip just awesome. But one thing not fufilled by the travel agent was the trip plan according to Iternerary provided was just valueless. The driver did not cover all the local sightseeing place that was mentioned. He just left us 10 hour before the dropping time without covering the local sightseeing as per predefined iternary. Kufri Snow Point just unforgettable. Just awesome.

The description of hotel provided before booking was totaly different with actual. Pics shared in link vs actual are 180degree opposite. Which was also shared with travel agent but response was negative and travel agent asked for additional money for getting better arrangements, which he could communicate before booking the trip. Room type was mentioned as delux but it was as good as public rest house(dharamshala). I don't understand the meaning of delux room what the travel agent is having in his mind. I will suggests others who ever is reding this review please be careful while confirming for trip. Specially booking with cesta journey pvt. Ltd.
