Over all a good experience. However, the hotel was rescheduled last minute due to snowfall and the other hotel provided was not that great. We were charged the same price for a lesser comfortable hotel. Since this might happen frequently , it would be great if you have a backup plan in place to send the travellers to a similar rating hotel in case of road blocks due to snow fall. Rest was good.

Hotel location is so far from main city so that you can not plan something without cab and no facility is near by hotel. And main thing to remember is please plan clearly in days because last day if your bus is in night, you have to check out from hotel at 12 so you have to manage your 8-9 hours at your own. Meanwhile in any body can not spend 8-9 hours in local market and mall road. So please be clear and carefull about that.

FIRST OF ALL I WOULD LIKE TO THANKS MR. AKASH (TRAVEL PARTNER)... HE HELPED ME ALOT... he picked my call at 3 AM...and was following me by calls...to ensure my safety and provided best solution!! TRIP WAS REALLY VERY GOOD.. WE ENJOYED ALOT.. HOTEL WAS NICE...BUT FOOD IS NOT THAT UPTO MARK..BUT OK. OUR CAB DRIVER WAS VERY NICE... HE HELPED ALOT AND WAS ON TIME... THERE WAS AN INCIDENT ie. Our volvo bus was caught by police and was taken to RTO office.. we waited there about 2 hrs...then i called Mr. AKASH(TRAVEL PARTNER) HE HELPED ME AT THAT MOMENT...AND HELPED ME TO GET ANOTHER VOLVO TO HOME...AND WE REACHED SAFELY..THANKS ALOT ...AKASH...FOR UR FRIENDLY BEHAVIOUR AND HELPFUL NATURE... During trip travel agent was not picking up the calls, The honeymoon inclusions was not provided. we had a discussion with hotel staff they people said that they dont have email confirmation from agent side at the same tym agen didn't pick up the call. At last after a huge discussion hotel staff provide the honeymoon inclusions. But this thing totally making my mood off. surprise to my wife was spoiled Hotel staff was polite. Hi , Trip was good and memorable , travel agent(Ambika) from travel talkies was helpful and great service provided by them ......but returning from manali was'nt that much good experience ....Because the volvo we were travelling in was stinky,noisy, uncomfortable and even we were late.....we were suppose to reach do delhi by 8am but they dropped us at 10.30.....due to volvo ciz breakdown and the bus was seized by delhi police .
