      I went to shimla trip with my wife with privet cab for to & fro from gurgaon, i would request you please go through below feedback which may make your trip more hassle-free & enjoyable : 1. Hotel Royal Vista : Hotel location was not good at all, in addition to that food quality & menu not even average. 2. Amenities like: Geyser & Room heater not works properly even in this regard hotel management also not bothered. 3. In that colder environment [ Snowfall was there ] I took shower with cold water because geyser was not working or it takes huge time to warm-up the water. 4. I took honeymoon package [ Room decoration & Cake ], the quality of room decoration & Cake was not up to the mark, that cake you can easily get Rs. 100 / 150 Rupees easily, epic thing hotel person did they put up the " TAG " of " Happy Marriage Anniversary " on Cake because of that I have been scolded by my wife during the journey. 5. Last but not the least, agent may charge some extra amount with the name of " LUXURY ROOM " but once you will reached hotel than you came to know there is nothing which distinguish the normal room with luxury one. 6. Most important is security concern: hotel manager will not allow you to do your entry in their register, since I am a frequent traveler from last 10 years so i understand the importance of proper check in process, it may also get you in trouble during the police verification. I believe that above few points will surely help you out in choosing your travel-agency, the only thing which was good during the trip that was our " CAB " & " CAB DRIVER " but that was also belongs to a third-party agency. that was not a " TRAVEL TRIBE " cab it was hired bt TRAVEL TRIBE from outside. In short for next time i must have to think about different source for my travel so that i can make my trip more peaceful and enjoyable with more luxury amenities in same cost.

      About commute from Delhi to manali and Shimla to delhi It was classic experience as seats were comfortable for long journey and bus were in good condition. But we reached manali very late almost by 3 hours. So we missed few iternaries. About stay We had comfortable stay and food in manali. However stay at Shimla was quite disappointed. As food and room wasn't upto the expectations. About local sightseeing We covered Solang valley and hadimba temple , kullu shawl factory in manali. We wanted to cover Naggar palace and few bollywood shooting places. We covered Shimla all places which we wanted for. However , after Shimla sightseeing we should have got fresh n then should start the return journey to delhi.. About cab and driver Cab was in good condition. We enjoyed the ride from manali to Shimla. Cab driver was friendly and more informative about manali. On Shimla visiting day , driver also visited many places with us. That wasn't problem but we paid entry passes , parking passes. Ideally as per travel triangle , those all are included in package. It's not about the money but it's about the loyalty. Snowfall, Shimla kufri horse ride , Kullu shawl factory..

Hotel Shingar Kufri fun camp Jakhoo temple visit and ropeway ( only I feel ropeway charges to be paid back to me as it was part of package and driver told us that the road is blocked which in real was not)

      During trip travel agent was not picking up the calls, The honeymoon inclusions was not provided. we had a discussion with hotel staff they people said that they dont have email confirmation from agent side at the same tym agen didn't pick up the call. At last after a huge discussion hotel staff provide the honeymoon inclusions. But this thing totally making my mood off. surprise to my wife was spoiled Hotel staff was polite. Cab driver also very good.

      We had a good experience overall, but there were some sightseeing places which are of no use. Hotel services : We had checked into 2 hotels. 1st hotel was awesome food, ambiance and the management are really good. @nd hotel we checked in are away from the main road, isolated somewhere, management are not so supportive and if we place the order for room services (Hot Water for Drinking). We used to wait for more then an hour. No timely cleaning happened inspite of we asking them for room services. Water blockage in the washroom. Overall we had bad experience in our send hotel. Sightseeing Locations : Non of the locations were worthy for the money. Planning would have been better. Worst Experience was : Kufri point experience was pathetic. Would have planned something else instead.

      As we were not able to visit Kasol-Manikaran, travel agent didn't provide compensation of that price to Koksar. Took extra as Koksar was not in package, but could have managed trip price of kasol to koksar, as we didnt even travel to kasol. When I informed to driver about going to Kasol he didn't respond in a positive way and delayed our visit there.
