        Overall very good experience considering we are travelling from South. Few things which I feel could have been better - Manali hotel we were told Raida villa but we were given different hotel - if we got information prior it would been useful - we came to know only after a day or so by ourselves. Cab driver I won't say bad and all he is good guy and took care of us really well - however one or two instances when he spoke I felt little sound considering we don't know the places - he wanted us to come to parking areas which is okay but as we are new we were struggling to give direction that time I felt he sounded different - And also he didn't inform as about jogging falls before we asked - finally we didn't go there.. but overall driving and other things are pretty decent and good. The Shimla paradise hotel was too good and the staffs were excellent.. Babar who spoke from scratch from quote - was following up with us - he is a great guy... Sollang valley, food in both hotels, Shimla mall road.. paradise village resort place we intend to revisit again... Dream trip for us and I also got a good friend in name of Babar..

        Trip Details: 21st Dec to 26th Dec, Chandigadh->Shimla->Manali->Chandigadh (6 Days, 5 Nights) Agent: Guruji Travels Booked Hotels: 1> Royal Jardin Whistling Pines Resort, Sidhora - 2N, Shimla 2>Whistling Pines Resorts and Spa, Shuru, Manali - 3 N Cab Driver : Arvind Chaudhri (Etios) - Our overall trip was awesome, both the hotels was excellent (Recommended by Agent of Guruji Travels, Suman), food and service was good, overall 5/5 - I would appreciate the service of Cab driver Arvind Chaudhri, he is very well experienced and professional, he knows each and every road, local vendors of shimla and manali, he took us to the best vendor who provides best service of River rafting and Para-glidiing in kullu, he used to tell us before about bargaining where they were quoting more initially.we spent 6 days with him and he was our driver cum guide cum true human being. Suggestion to Guruji Travels (Overall service was good- No complaint). - During our trip in dec, we observed that there is tempreture around -10 degree in shimla-manali and driver is sleeping inside the car that is parked outside. it's very difficult for them to get a sleep when the temperature goes down at night and sometimes hotels are not providing hot water for bath to them as well. i would suggest Guruji travels to arrange something in these types of destination for their drivers.

        I had a wonderful trip with assure trips. The whole trip was good and sightseeing and hotel stay was also good. One hotel was not good i.e. "Sun Park Resort Manali", they had provided family room instead of delux dubble bed room but they changed our room next day when we complained to hotel staff but assure trip coordinator was busy surving other customers so didn't got any help from him.
