          Rashmi's 7 days trip to Himachal

          Hotel in Manali was a bit expensive with no amenities like bathing kit or kettle provided. Not even complementary water bottles provided. The driver was friendly and drove safe always, having said that, he was also a bit slow because of which we missed the evening shopping at sector 17. Also the rafting places suggested were not impressive. And there was no info given about paragliding availability in rohtang. Othern than this, everything was fine, the car was maintained neatly. Travel agents were very cooperative and arrnaged the last day cab in very short time. Overall, the trip was good, could have been better if there were some better suggestions for covering places in Manali.

          Took a 6 day Tour to Shimla Kullu Manali from Delhi. Had a great experience right from planning the trip till the end, great Staff who responded well for every query. The assigned driver was also very punctual and friendly and also explained about all the places well. Stay in Sunrise villa in Shimla was the best. The itinerary was great and were able to cover most of the important tourist attractions. Food aranged in the hotel was also good. Overall except the stay in Manali in Tanglewood villa which could have better considering the options available in Manali it was a wholesome trip!!!           Gud trip n nice atmosphere there. Cab driver rajesh kumar ji is also gud driver cum gud guide.manali hotel out town is also gud food is also good in out town.shimla hotel pine tree is not up to the mark. Very very far from shimla city, not possible to find alone.food is also average but rooms r gud.there is no proper road to reach hotel.rest is ok. Nice trip , nice plan by guruji travels. Next time also we make trip with guruji n travel triangle.

          Thanks for screwing up my Honeymoon!!!!..... i never thought paying the last installment will change the method of your service.... the first half of the trip til Shimla was amazing I reached Manali and everything broke loose.. incidentally that was the day i made the last installment.... i would like to know once you go on a honeymoon through a travel partner.. shouldn't the partner mention to you.. when the honey moon additions are going to be given... rather than me asking for the same and then you ask me to give the keys to the reception and go out for the day itinerary and while i come back.. will be surprised with the honeymoon package.. yeah i decided to surprise my wife by bringing her into the room closing her eyes,,, guess who was surprised me as nothing was done.. then i am told that this hotel does it only in the night.. so i completely cancel the honey moon package i have booked this package a month in advance and when they send me my return tickets to Delhi its the last row seats (34,35), dont you guys think before booking the tickets 12 hours of Journey in the back seat even though i have given you ample time to plan this trip... i had a long chat with them and i finally decided to book my own tickets to return costed my 3.6k INR and they refunded me 2k INR... if this is the way you people plan Honeymoons... please stop!!........ it means a lot for the couple and i personally would not want to keep fighting with my travel vendor while on my honeymoon.. which you guys made me do it.... Once again,. thanks for screwing up my Honeymoon!!!!

          Hello, Yes our cab service and Shimla stay was awsome. . . everything was properly managed. . . Infact hospitality was too good at the Hotel Kamna Hill Resort. . .!! Food quality was too good. . !! But when I reach to Manali. . . I get the worst room as per expectation infact it was neither below expectation. . .worst service and food quality at Hotal Royal Grand. . .room service was slow. . . food was worst. . . I have to leave the place 1 day earlier. . . I left Manali on 10th of June rather than 11th of June. . !! So our mood and honeymoon gets spoil in Manali. . !! Rest is all good. . .there was no AC infact not even a single ceiling fan or atleast pedestal fan ? So what should I say to this trip.? As it was best till 8th. . .once I reach to Manali. . .our bad time starts. . .!! So I enjoyed from 6th mrng to 8th afternoon (till I have reached Manali) Our Shimla stay was awsome . . .I would recommend others also for Shimla property. . But for Manali stay. . Huh. . .leave this at it is. . It will be good for everyone . . .

          Almost Everything was covered as mentioned in the itenary for the trip. A genuine feedback is the Cab driver was good as a driver but was not that good as a Tour guide with limited information to share about the sightseeing locations, with us during the trip.(Bit dissapointing) At some point, felt as if we were being asked to shell out more money than needed @ adventure activities locations just because we were showing interest to participate in the activities and the driver cum guide was as silent as if he did not know anything. Also had to walk through some points, as the driver was more concerned about the car. - Need to Improve: Need better guides on the tour Rest hotels, food were as expected.           It was overall nice experience, the least pleasant experience was with the cab facility as I was forced to reach to the driver in Shimla instead of pick up due to some weird issue after that hotel was great in Shimla, after that trip was smooth.
