So i was really looking forward to this trip and treasure of himalayas just ensured that we have an amazing time! I was so happy to arrive at the hotel..the view the room was super awesome .Everything was neat and clean.We had breakfast n dinner complimentary and trust me the food tasted yummm and everyday i used to say to the chefs that they did a really good job! Everything was timely starting from pick up and drop off and exploring around.They were all very helpful! I found the price to be a little expensive but then that was totally worth it! I was amazed to see the pick-up service . The taxi driver was available for us before time. With full detailed explanation we were made us available for local sightseeing . The next day was organized for triund Trek. With lil bit of lack of info they were not updated for treking part. After difficulties we found our guide for triund Trek. The path for treking was not as difficult as it was assumed. In very less time we reached at the top of mountain with the help of guide. A bit of confusion was added while doing payment at hotel .Food was awesome at the camp. I didn’t have a good service at the hotel and they didn’t give us a better after asking for better room as they did have rooms they didn’t provide us one and even were trying to manipulate stuff about to their terms Our travel agent made our trip good for us and helped us a lot thanks a ton to him and even the driver was good he showed us everything and even some of the things which were not in our itenary

Very very poor, unprofessional, badly behaved, insensitive driver.. Least bothered about customer and priorities.. Drove by his will... Least interested about showing the places.. Would Halt away from visit point so that we had to walk.. Above all did not have proper vehicle documentation and asked me to give Rs 100 for bribing cops which i did not give. Pathetic driver.. Very poor job by travel triangle.. Reflection of casual on boarding of cab vendors... Very disgusting Hotel and Dharamshala as a place

Hotel provided at shimla is barowalia resort, which is a pathetic hotel. initially was promised to give Pahuna resort, but later changed. Itenary provided in the list cannot be completed due to not so super planning, only 60% places can be covered.. Driver is a good person and he is a good gentle man. after so much of complaints got a better hotel in Manali Varsha Inn a very good hotel thanks to Mrs. Sharma, but the itenary in manali should be planned for 2 days, 1 day is not sufficient, this has to be told to the customer, if customer is having budget problems cover only important places. Because of this creating unnecessary rift between customer and driver, luckily not happened in my case. Neelam is very helpful in co-ordinating things, but as an agency lot to improve.
