      The trip was overall delightful, and I thoroughly enjoyed my time. However, I would like to address a concern regarding transportation, which caused some discomfort. My itinerary was for five days. During the first three days, everything proceeded smoothly, even with the SIC (Seat-in-Coach) arrangement, as there were only about 8 to 10 participants. The pick-up process was efficient, and I experienced no discomfort. However, on the last two days, the SIC arrangement included approximately 50 people. This larger group led to delays, as some participants took considerable time to leave their hotels, resulting in a 1.5-hour delay. Consequently, we were unable to fully explore the planned activities for those days. To improve the experience, I would suggest limiting the SIC group size to around 10 people, rather than 50, to avoid such delays and enhance overall satisfaction.

      Had an amazing time on the trip! The plan was solid and I enjoyed every bit of it. But, looking back, I think the trip coordinator could've hooked me up with some better options. Like, I didn't know the sea aquarium was just a short walk from Universal Studios - would've loved to have that in the plan! Ended up checking it out on my own, but still had a great time. Maybe just a tiny bit more planning next time?

      The trip was good overall, but one thing I would like to point out of is the lack of proper briefing about the daily activities, which can improve the overall experience and help the guest to explore better. I faced issue one day where we were not clear where and how we have to go. Also, apart from the activities booked with you, you can also suggest things which can be covered personally.       Singapore visit was good experience overall. Kuala Lumpur a bit disappointment in terms of food, hotel, cab driver. In Singapore we missed the night light show in garden by the bay as was not informed prior to our visit there. Singapore hotel stay and Sentosa visits.

      Everything was planned well but weather is not predicting so missed couple of thing because of rain. So do make sure you planed your trip accordingly. Hotel was good but bathroom and wash room were small. Private taxi transfer is only round trip no stopping anywhere in between. As I am Indian and for dinner I need to go to little india for good tasty food. And it cost me extra $20SGD round trip to hotel. Plus dinner cost as well. But sighting and rest was good.

      Hello It was a five day trip to Singapore. Singapore is really amazing. We faced a little lack of guidance from our travel agent and the cab driver as well. But we sorted out our own. Few main things like: our pick up for universal studio was at 11 we reached there at 12 and we were not informed that it will close at 5 we missed one theme park out of 4. It was really disappointing. And on the day of sea aquarium visit we were not guided that after the cable car how we will reach to the sea aquarium we their figured it out our own took a bus reached to the destination ourselves it was really very intimidating. Hotel was good. Rest things were okay. All over a good trip Hotels location was the best thing bcz mrt station and bus station was near and little India was also nearby it really helped us for our meals.

      Overall experience of the trip is good. I had to make multiple follow-ups with agency to keep things moving. Multiple mistakes were made in the invoice. There were prompt reminders from agency only for payments. Return pick-up from attractions were planned early which left us with not enough time to cover the place. The driver(Tegi - Vehicle nbr PC5768) who came in to drop us at Gardens by the Bay was terrible. He was not co-operative and was blaming the timings on tour agency. We could not cover 2 domes in Gardens by the Bay as the driver did not agree for late pick-up. Only 4 hrs given to us to cover MDS skypark and gardens by the bay which is clearly not enough time. Nothing was planned for us from morning till 4PM on 4th day of our trip. Customer experience from the agency for the whole tour planning can be improved.

      My trip was great. But travel triangle offered us complementary photoshoot for that we have gone for same. It was totally wastage of time . After returning to India they were charging the same for Rs 8000. They are not sharing the pics. I wud suggest if travel triangle provide you complementary photoshoot never go for the same Photo shoot was worse thing to do. Never go for the same
