Really bad experience. My flight is rescheduled , so I requested travel agent in India atleast arrange my Airport pickup as per new arrival time in Singapore. But travel agent rudely talked with me and said why her company should spend money for your problem. Nobody helped me in that case. Finally I have arranged cab from airport to Hotel. Really bad experience from I need Trip travels.

The trip was very well planned and managed by the travel partner Kkingsman Travels especially the agent Ms. Shalu. She helped decide and come upto a great trip for my parents who seemed completely satisfied with the planning as well as the trip execution. Special thanks to Mr. Bhavay who was the coordinator during the trip and guided them completely about the trip. Thanks once again to Kkingsman Travels and their executives for their efforts.

It was my 4th trip by Travel Triangle. Trip was awesome. I had best experience before. This time, hotel rooms were very small. local vendors (Singapore) were very rude and Non cooperative. we could not attend one of the major show because of crowd and mismanagement of local vendor. Also, Universal Studio should not be planned on public holidays or weekends to avoid crowd and get enjoyment of all the rides.

I had an incredible experience booking my Singapore and Malaysia trip through Trip Mila Travel Agency. Mr. Shubham was attentive, professional, and created a perfect itinerary based on my preferences and budget. From exploring the iconic sights of Singapore to the vibrant culture of Kuala Lumpur. everything was expertly arranged. Mr. Shubham was always available to answer questions and made the entire process seamless. Highly recommend him for anyone looking for personalized and unforgettable travel experiences!

What i thought started as a memorable trip soon turned into an anxious and irritable tour in between. Sales Person (Mr.Himanshu) on Travel Triangle /Agency (dont know ) sold the tour with some other details in the itinerary which later on was changed unilaterally, without any update to me which was frustrating and always given me sense of uncertainty during the tour. This lead us to keep in regular touch with Point of Contact, (Mr.Vineet) who tried his best to provide us the solution but was not upto our expectation. Once upon a time, he told that he isnt aware what Mr. Himanshu (sales guy) has advised for the timings when we enquired about our itinerary. This showed lack of coordination between different teams. The hotel which was given in KL was good but the one given at Langkawi was no where near the 3 star rating as advised in Itinerary. On enquiry with the hotel staff, we came to know that it was their lowest room category. Upon checking online, we found out that the room rent for the day was around 123 MYR ie around Rs.2500 per day. On enquiring about upgradation of the room, we were informed by Hotel staff that they only have available room at that time for which per day rent was 400 MYR and 900 MYR which is approx Rs.8K and Rs.18K, respectively. The room was smelly, AC was not functioning properly and we had to PAY (8MYR iei Rs.160) for the toothbrush and toothpaste which are generally given complimentary in the hotel. We enquired about it on the OnTrip APP where we were bluntly told that they cannot do anything about it and we only need to speal to hotel authorities on our own. THE TRAVEL AGENCY LACKED RESPONSIBILITY here to help their aggrieved Customer in a foreign Country where they are supposed to have their agents to help or coordinate. Secondly, Day 3, Genting Highlands tour was supposed to start from 9 am as per itinerary finalized, however the driver came to pick us up around 10.25 am. The day tour was supposed to finish at 6 pm and we were to reach hotel by 7 pm (1 hr travelling time) but driver told us to meet him at 5 pm so that he can drop us to hotel @6 pm. This reduced our sightseeing time at Genting Highlands and we were forced to quickly roam around without enjoying fully. Not happy at all. On numerous occasions, i had to follow up for driver details since the same were not updated on Ontrip App or driver has reached late to pick us up. All these were advised in the Chat section under Help category in the App. We thought we had made a good decision by taking package tour and finalized the tour with our inputs but then to found out that TRAVEL TRIANGLE/TRAVEL AGENCY for whom this is their day-in & day-out work, not able to UNDERSTAND the PULSE (their requirements) of their Customer is simply astonishing. We were not advised by the TT/Travel Agency that for Petronas Towers , we need to buy a ticket so that we can visit the tower and enjoy the view from the top. THIS, I really FOUND unbelievable that how your Sales guy did not included this is the package or advise us to buy it on own. When we reached there, we were told we need to book the ticket one day before to go up in Petronas Towers. We have spent good amount of money to visit Malaysia and then not Visit their marquee place is really annoying and frustrating that the people in your team do not guide their Customers well. I think people at TT are more concerned with number of sales made rather than the EXPERIENCE of their Customers. We are going abroad with our hard earned money and try to maximize our returns within our means but this experience with TT/Travel Agency really left us frustrating at times. Although, there were many memorable moments for me and my wife but ALAS, this trip is going to be remembered with lot of frustration, anxious moments and bad hotel stay at Langkawi. Lastly, i would like to say that i don't know whether Travel Triangle only acts as an Aggregator and shifts everything to Travel Agencies after a tour is booked by a Customer or it is also accountable for something. I hope TT should check these concerns because otherwise it is not a good review about them and YESSS, I AM NOT GOING TO BOOK ANYTHING IN FUTURE WITH TRAVEL AGENT, ABROAD VACATIONS and would definitely do my best to give review about them at all possible platforms.

It booking was easy and smooth. This is my 3rd trip booked from travel triangle and all three of them were from different agencies and all of them were really good . Trip to Malaysia covered Langkawi and Kuala Lumpur. Majorly 2 activities on each of the destination. The activities took around half day so there were quite some time to explore the city with your own or taking the rest . There could be more information from the agent, like what else to explore by your own , which transport option to take and other informations which is essential . Sky cable car in Langkawi and weather at Genting highlands.

Superb trip however horrible service by Travel Triangle with regards to Travel Agent Divya Saxena as I had to chase agent multiple times for the voucher and had to intervene multiple times to ensure that the same was taken care of. The agent was least bothered and took her own sweet time to get back. This service is appalling and totally Dissatisfactory. Kindly ensure that this is not repeated. Island Hopping and Batu Caves.

Amazing experience with your tour package for Singapore and genting dream cruise.The travel kingsman guide Mr Bhavya Garg was really supportive and helpful .He coordinated with us daily to inquire about our daily tour routine so that it went smoothly. He also informed us about the shopping places and places we can explore in our spare time. Overall memorable and hassle-free trip with unlimited memories to cherish.

I booked my trip for Malaysia through travel triangle. There were only two issued cab drivers were changed few times at the last moment and we were not informed at all, so it was bit of hassle, We were also asked that we cannot go inside the temple in Batu caves as our SIC tour was booked and they didn’t gave us enough time but the person who booked our tour didn’t informed us earlier. overall trip was good

The Trip was well organised. Things were smooth. Best part of the trip was pick and drops at hotel. We were never on road because of perfect planning. The Nam Ho DMC at Singapore was superb. The only flip side was I didnot negotiate finer details of the trip else I could have enjoyed more @Sentosa.

Singapore and Malaysia Trip Our recent trip to Singapore and Malaysia, organized through Sahring Travels, was a mixed experience, with both positives and areas for improvement. Initial Arrangements: We received several quotations and finalized the agency after much deliberation. However, after making the first payment, we were informed that an additional 5% GST had to be paid, which was unexpected and not communicated earlier. Flights: We booked our flights through agent only, but the outbound flight was postponed (domestic) leaving us with minimal time to board the international flight during the check in process prior to 48 hours. I faced an ordeal of connecting with Air India support for over 14 hours to resolve the issue, which I had to manage entirely by myself. Hotels: The hotel accommodation was average in Singapore and very good in Malaysia Singapore Experience: The trip to Singapore was well-coordinated, and I would like to appreciate Ridhi for her excellent support and coordination. However, during the city tour, the driver for Days 2 and 3 was quite authoritative and did not stop at key attractions like Chinatown and Mariamman Temple, as promised. Instead, he halted at a gift shop for over 30 minutes, which was unnecessary and a waste of time. This sentiment was echoed by other families who traveled with us. Malaysia Experience: Our road trip from Singapore to Malaysia was disappointing. The bus was uncomfortable, leading to body aches and fever upon arrival at KL Berjaya bus station. To make matters worse, we were stranded for nearly 90 minutes without a cab, and the agent at malaysia was unresponsive. We had to arrange transportation to the hotel at our own expense. Additionally, we were initially informed that KL Tower tickets were included in the itinerary. However, the agent later charged us around ₹7,000, claiming there was a fee change from December 1st. Upon verifying online and at the ticket desk, the ticket prices were significantly lower (₹1,718 for adults and ₹1,012 for children). This discrepancy was frustrating and felt like a lack of transparency. Meals: We were informed that meals were pre-booked on both flights. However, no meals were provided on the return flight from Kuala Lumpur, adding to the list of inconsistencies. Overall Experience: Singapore: 8/10 – Well-planned and enjoyable, except for the guide/driver issues during the city tour. Malaysia: 5/10 – Poor coordination, lack of transparency, and uncomfortable travel. Flights: 6/10 – Lack of support and unfulfilled promises regarding meals. While we enjoyed parts of the trip, particularly in Singapore, the overall experience was marred by poor communication, discrepancies in the itinerary, and subpar arrangements in Malaysia. Improvements in transparency and coordination are essential for future travelers.
