At Singapore Yotel hotel room accomodation is so compact. We couldn't even keep our luggage also in the room. 4 days stay at this room became so packed and congested. And at Malaysia stay, Hotel Arenaa, the room, hotel, everything is bad. And the complementary breakfast is very bad and low quality. Please don't suggest this kind of hotel to any of the travellers. I have been promised to get 4* hotel.rooms. But we were not happy with either of these room options which were given to us. Regarding logistics, we have been informed we will get our own cab for pickup and drop for all the 5 days in the trip. But the reality is different, they have provided the shuttle sharing service. This was also miscommunicated to us.

I booked my trip with Kushark from 9th to 15th Feb 2024, while overall itinerary was good & customized, cabs & drivers were really good, but was not at all happy with following: 1. Hotel Selection for Singapore (J8 hotel), you literally dont have any option for breakfast in Veg unless you want to have only bread, they dontr even provide warm milk (this is never recommended) 2. Timings for excursions should have been better, we lost good amount of time and had to rush because of that in Singapore. For eg Universal Studios timings are from 10AM to 8PM, but our pick up from hotel was 11 & return pickup was 7:15; unnecessarily we lost 3 hours and had to miss rides. Similarly for MBS non peak hours entry is till 4/4.30; but our pick up was arranged at 2:45 and got dropped there at 3:15 and due to queue we entered thr at 4:45 and again had to rush & finish it is very quickly. I would mention Ankush (from Kushark) for his quick turnaround before & during the trip for queries & information; which was very helpful. Thansk!

Singapore trip went well overall, except that the hotel is located far from little India, being vegetarian,found difficult to get proper food. All cab drivers were on time and everything went as per schedule. Malaysia trip is pathetic as there is miscommunication about sg arrival card. And got struck for half a day in immigration, our bus left without us. It took 11pm at night to reach out hotel which is 6-8 hrs delay. The star Mart travel bus which we took broke down. And travelled at 20 kmph speed for 2 hrs. Need improvement in service

I planned a holiday to Dubai with Travel Park and must say that it was a fabulous experience with planning and execution. Preeti from Travel Park does a great job with understanding her client requirements and then customizing the package according to your needs. She was pretty flexible and accommodative in changing the itinerary as per our schedule and providing a very cost effective package. This included private transfers, timely pick ups, very professional and courteous drivers and also flexible with the needs of my senior citizen parents. It was a wonderful vacation. The only thing I would recommend is to improve their payment modes and also visa services which was time consuming and frustrating. But after a great vacation, looking back it was all worth it!
