Local guide was verygood but just fishy when he promotes a shopping place . I would like to add on that it would be great if Singapore point of contact , travel guide's or drivers contact details were made little more easy accessable and handy .     Very good service by VRM & TRIANGLE TRAVEL. When we didn't receive code of swings of Fire, we contacted VRM agent. He quickly helped us & we could get tickets. Some improvement in some dinner restaurant is required. Pre-tour communication was also excellent. Similar experience about our Maldives trip. Thank Triangle Travel & VRM.     Only one incident was very sorrowful. During custom clearance in Malaysia check post, the Coach no. KEH 6666 (BUS NO.7) by which were returning from Singapore without pick uping my family departed towards Malaysia along with our Languages on 10-10-19. Formalities of Custom checking / Immegration may be delated, by which Captain of Bus/Coach should pickup the passengers & dropped to the right location. In this regard already I informed to Agent. Other than the above incident, the trip was EXCELLENT. Everything was perfect.

    Shivangi and Basu from Coupling Travels were very Helpful in getting the bookings done and were very responsive. They were in constant contact and really helped me personalise my itinerary based on what I wanted to do. Their quotes are about 2 - 4% higher but their quality of service is also beyond reproach. Travel Triangle though was fairly useless. The agent assigned to me did not respond nor looked at what itinerary and package I was looking for. I was given useless quotes till I blew up and finally gave an ultimatum of 2 hours. Only then things moved.

    The trip was well organised by travel agent. Everything was in place as promised. Just a suggestion which has already been shared with travel agent as well is, hotel choice could have been in an area near to little India which has a lot of Indian restaurants as IBIS Novena has limited options as far as Indian food is concerned. IBIS Novena was itself good but it is not located in an area having more options for Indian food. Apart from this, trip was very good and special thanks to Arzoo Chhabra from travel triangle and Archika and Pawan Kothari from bookmychutti who were there to support and resolve all queries. Best memory was the Universal Studios outing which made my reason of travel i.e. my anniversary even more special.
