Overall Trip was good with a few initial setbacks. We enjoyed our 4 days stay in Singapore. Cabs were on time, and the tour was arranged nicely. Hotel location was excellent. We asked one room with Twin sharing, but we have to upgrade it after reaching the Hotel. I appreciate Ankit efforts as he was in constant touch with us during the whole trip to answer our queries. The taxi came very late after Arrival at Singapore, but when contacted with Smiley grp, they responded immediately. After that, they told they would provide some complimentary food coupons or additional pickup /drop, but due to the time gap and busy schedule, it didn't work out and disappointed us. However, I would recommend using their services because they respond to queries and arrange things with what is asked. We recently went for a trip to malaysia with Kushark holidays. Everything was well arranged from flight, entry tickets, visa by Ms Amisha Srivastava. Her response for my messages were on time. One thing to note before booking is that their cab services will be as per the schedule. If we failed to reach by the time they mentioned cab driver will leave mentioning no show. Then we need to book another cab. Other than that everything was fine.Recommended @Kushark Holidays
