      Very good support by Holiday Matrix from booking to delivery of travel vouchers. Pick up from Changi Airport to Hotel was on time & ride was comfortable. A good hotel in a good location. Small rooms & No windows in room. Rooms were clean. Coffee/Tea maker available in room. Very Good Breakfast. . Singapore Tour by Ms Nam Ho DMC was excellent and very well managed i.e Timely pickup from Hotel, Comfortable Bus Ride & Very good tour guides. Well planned tour to all places and schedule was on time. Overall a very good & well managed memorable family tour. Note: Hotel check in time is 15.00 hrs. Hence plan your arrival to be close to Hotel Check in time. Or else you will have to wait in Hotel Lobby till 15.00 hrs.

      Hello Travel Triangle, It was a wonderful trip organized by your people. Everything was well planned and managed. The itinerary was well thought and designed. We got time to roam, relax and enjoy. All the buses, tickets were delivered to us on time and nothing was missed out. Also there was no issue created from your end regarding the payment. You were patient enough to wait for the same. Just a small tip- please allot good hotels. We were given a very small room incapable of accommodating three people. It was a two seater adjusted for three. Otherwise, everything was great. Your person was constantly in touch with me in Singapore. I had a great time at universal studios and gardens by the bay.

      Overall it was good but could have made been better. Poor planning of timings for day trips e.g. universal studios. Studios opens at 11am and we reached there by 12pm. Gardens by Bay also need more time than allocated.

      Recently completed family trip to Singapore planned by Kkingsman Travels. It was a wonderful experience and during our 6 days of the trip we did not face any issue or problems. Everything was well organized and perfectly planned. Vishnu was very much helpful and was easily approachable on calls anytime.       I must say Kushark Holidays did a pretty good job, however, there was a lack of communication problems from there end which led us to a frustration level. And the travel agent they choose for us in Malaysia was pathetic. If anyone of you travelling to Malasiya through Kushark Holiday try to avoide "RED APPLE HOLIDAY " for instance, when we reach Malaysia from Singapore at night 11.50 there was no pickup arrangement for us, we are all our own in a new city with two senior citizens. But overall it was good

      Very good service by Aadi travels. Planning of the trip in Singapore is meticulous and service by Mr.Santosh from Aadi travel is highly commendable. Only issue we faced was with delay in visa due to lack of communication between third party, myself and aadi travels but it got sorted out in the end. I hope others will not face this problem. Overall it was an awesome experience and strongly recommend this traveler. My advice is that start your visa process early to have an issue-free journey. Travel triangle didn't even respond to my mail about visa issue which is extremely unprofessional. Pathetic service there guys.

      Travelling to Bali using services of Dream tours and travels was the best decision we could make. Right from our landing in Bali to our take off back to India, we had a dream experience. Everything was very well planned and organised. From our accommodation to our daily tours and activities, everything was perfect. Pick ups from and drop backs to the hotels were flawlessly timed. The vehicles provided to commute around were all top MUVs with friendly guides cum chauffeurs whom we had all day at our disposal.       It was good but we faced couple of issues there . In Malaysia airport can driver was not able to find us we had to wait for 2 hrs. Then as soon we reached the hotel they said they can't get us in because our booking was not confirmed. Means agent has not paid for the hotel and there we didn't had any contact and it was 3 AM.

At last movements I upgraded hotel to 3 star to 4 star.hotel is not in her list but she manage everything and given to me the same hotel. Also thanks to shefali to given me affordable trip package.
