It was our first foreign tour .so, I had many queries and doubts . the travel agent and their team did a reasonable job to help and guide me . the representatives have also took an effort in customizing and designing the itenary in a way that it is cost effective and comfortable . Local guide was verygood but just fishy when he promotes a shopping place . I would like to add on that it would be great if Singapore point of contact , travel guide's or drivers contact details were made little more easy accessable and handy .               Very good service by VRM & TRIANGLE TRAVEL. When we didn't receive code of swings of Fire, we contacted VRM agent. He quickly helped us & we could get tickets. Some improvement in some dinner restaurant is required. Pre-tour communication was also excellent. Similar experience about our Maldives trip. Thank Triangle Travel & VRM. Cloud Forest is ultimate & Must see. Jewel at Changi airport is also new concept.

              Overall it was good but could have made been better. Poor planning of timings for day trips e.g. universal studios. Studios opens at 11am and we reached there by 12pm. Gardens by Bay also need more time than allocated.

              Only one incident was very sorrowful. During custom clearance in Malaysia check post, the Coach no. KEH 6666 (BUS NO.7) by which were returning from Singapore without pick uping my family departed towards Malaysia along with our Languages on 10-10-19. Formalities of Custom checking / Immegration may be delated, by which Captain of Bus/Coach should pickup the passengers & dropped to the right location. In this regard already I informed to Agent. Other than the above incident, the trip was EXCELLENT. Everything was perfect.

              Pros: 1. My singapore trip along with family went fine without any hurdles. 2. Pick up driver to tour the city was on time. 3. Singapore is a place worth seeing. 4. Indian food is available in many places, no need to worry about food. Cons: 1. Travel Triangle takes commission approximately 2500 /- per 1 lakh while you are paying money to the agent through online transaction. It is not included in package and my agent did not inform me about this charge. I couldn't find any way to escape it. Finally we ended up paying nearly 10,000 /- on actual package on 2.5 lakh. 2. Double check timings of flights and hotel timings of check in and check out. Why? Our hotel chexkout time is 12 in afternoon and my flight time is at 8 pm on same day. If you want to stay in hotel after 12 'o clock , you have to pay extra money to hotel. 3. Not all the best places are covered in packages provided. Please be careful and googleand list out places and ask agent to include them before you book. List of places we visited: which are worth a visit 1. Gardens by the bay, garden rhapsody show. 2. Sentosa island, sea aquarium. 3. Wings of time laser show. 4. Universal studios. 5. Singapore zoo, night safari. 6. River boat for 20 min and merlion. 7. Singaopre flyer.

              Our Singapore trip was planned by Kkingsman travels. Shalu from Kkingsman travels understood the requirements to personalize my trip as per my requests and assured me a hassle free trip. Starting from the minor customisations, hotel, ground package, to visa, everything was managed properly. Since, we traveled during Corona virus risk, I was a bit skeptical with everything, but Shalu was kind enough to keep us informed about the situation and helped overcome our worries. During our actual trip, everything was managed properly. From hotel to daily pickups and the itinerary, we felt we had better planning than others accompanying us on certain days. Like, our pack included full day of sentosa Island, whereas, many other travelers had half day tour cramped with other activities. There were minor details which were taken care of and I am glad I went with Kkingsman travels as I have traveled to 13 countries till now and minor details matter a lot. Recommended for everyone looking for a well planned trip. Singapore is one of the best cities in have ever visited and the whole 5 day trip was an awesome experience.

              Singapore Job well done Kaushark Holidays. This was our first abroad trip and the experience was really mind-blowing.               Shivangi and Basu from Coupling Travels were very Helpful in getting the bookings done and were very responsive. They were in constant contact and really helped me personalise my itinerary based on what I wanted to do. Their quotes are about 2 - 4% higher but their quality of service is also beyond reproach. Travel Triangle though was fairly useless. The agent assigned to me did not respond nor looked at what itinerary and package I was looking for. I was given useless quotes till I blew up and finally gave an ultimatum of 2 hours. Only then things moved.
