Coorg, known as Scotland of India, is a small town nestled in the Western Ghats in Karnataka. It is covered with lush greenery, forests, and vegetations, convenient for trekking and abundance of waterfalls and picturesque viewpoints available with the heart of the town. Corners of beds of hotel coorg jungle backwater resort not covered properly and i got hurted 2 times. So its my suggestion to hotel management to take care of it.       Resort for which I booked was not provided. But the resort which was allotted was good but it was NON AC but I booked for AC with swimming pool facilities. Even I was charged ₹500 extra to book actual resort even then I was not allotted with actual resort as per my package. Even my extra ₹500 was not refunded.

      Mysuru trip was great. But stay at Porcupine Castle resort was not great. Bad thing about resort is that they do not provide any facilities for driver to sleep in. This is required as resort is far away from population. Also, resort accessories, fittings and services were ordinary

      Places being shown are good but would have been better if we get info before going to the site like... It would have been better if the driver had informed us to carry towels etc so we could have bathed in the Kaveri Waters at its origin site.

      1.The trip start time should be at 6:30 am but he came at 7:00 am which is acceptable and expected he will pick up the delay while driving but which didn’t happened. Because of this we are not able to see places which are mentioned in the itenary. 2. On the first day he didn’t given any information about When & where we can have lunch as we are completely unaware of the route and availability of food on the way. 3. The way he spoke with us is completely not acceptable. 4. We didn’t felt we are taking a service. It was like we are providing the service to the driver. 5. He is completely unaware how to speak with customers. 6. 3-star to the service of travel agent is because of the selection of driver to us.

      It wasn't a well planned trip. We spent more time in the traveling rather than sightseeing. Distance and time should have been mentioned in the itinerary for the travelers. The other thing is we were very much unsatisfied with the hotels/resorts provided (location, services and the standard). It was like a reducing slope. When I agreed with the 3-star deluxe rooms, the standard should have been maintained throughout. Overall it wasn't a very good trip, I would say. Specially after we had a wonderful 7 days experience in our Kerala trip from "Kerala Travel Exotica". The only good thing was the cab and the driver (Mr. Sathish) provided.

      Very bad experience of my trip this time, just time west didn't see the important sight seeing point, hotel is very far from Chikkamagaluru, Cab driver is not guiding or helping for sight seeing when I told him to will go to this point he denied and said its too far. Cab owner asking for more money, but when I talk with agent then its court out but its should not be. My family is very unhappy with this tour.
