      I must say the trip and all the arrangements were really up to the mark. Given that it was a rainy season and we wasted our first day in hotel because of rain, we were still able to cover most of the scenic points. Sigiriya rock, Dambulla caves, Kandy buddha temple, Galle fort, Bentota and Colombo. I couldn’t have asked for more in a 4 days trip. Our driver Imendra was very helpful and SHA travels did their best in arranging the trip. I’d recommend them to anyone travelling to SriLanka. Sigiriya rock, Madu river safari, Galle fort

      From the transport from airport upon arrival to departure from Sri Lanka, everything was well managed. The tour guide (Mr. Asela) who was with us for 5 days was very friendly, active and went above and beyond to give us an amazing experience. Flexible itinerary was a boon as the weather there kept changing a couple of times. Mr. Sudarshan, our coordinator from Day Holidays made an ideal trip course so we did not have much difficulty navigating through it. Overall, our experience as a group of three girls was excellent as we felt safe and taken care of during the whole trip. Another plus was the selection of the hotels, with magnificent views, the hotels became the central reason for us to give extra points to the rating. Thank you for such a great trip.

      Mostly paid places is covered and not the free sightseeing. And there was holiday on 13 th due to tamil new year and this day we went only one place in colombo and whole day there was no sightseeing since colombo was closed that day and this was not informed to us by travel agent before finalising the itinerary.otherwise we can change the dates of flight and tour..and on 1 st day arrival missed two main attraction places this was also not informed to us that this places closed soon by 5 .30 pm. disappointed abt the trip to Sri lanka ..will not book tour through travel traingo , this was my first trip from travel trango.i will book from mmt only as clear communication and well planned itinerary is provided in benefit of customer.

      Thank You ! The trip was amazing, i loved everything, the cities, the tours, the food, the people, . Sri Lanka is a great country to go on vacations. Our travel advisor (Kashish) listened to our interests and then developed an itinerary that matched. The travel company i.e Colombo Transport (Kanaka) was exceptional, they took care of everything (hotels, transportation, tours, wifi). They were very quick answering emails and recommending all the tours and hotel options. I just told them what kind of locations i wanted to visit and they prepared the perfect itinerary for me :) I was traveling with my friend and i was looking for a travel company that could help me with everything, and they did! Everything was taken care of us, which made our first international trip go smoother than we could have ever hoped.       We had a really nice Sri Lanka trip covering Srigirya, Trincomalee, Kandy and Nuwara Eliya. The hotels were amazing for both nights at Cinnamon group. While the driver, Mr Sisira Kumar drove well, promptly showed up everyday, there were issues following our planned itinerary. He did not want to show us places and insisted repeatedly that he was having to work long hours (especially on our last day where we travelled from Kandy to Nuwara Eliya and then to Colombo). He did not wish to follow our itinerary and wanted to drop us in Colombo directly from Kandy. We had to call the travel agent and align the driver with our plans. Additionally, while the itinerary was suggested by the tour company, each morning we had to inform the driver about the day's itinerary, instead of him telling us. Overall, the trip was good except for these minor issues with the driver. I wish the travel company clearly communicates the itinerary with their drivers and asks them to be proactive.

      The trip was extremely lovely! Special mention for our driver Mr. Jagath who was very punctual , trustworthy and respectful. The agency Tropical Ceylon hadn’t provided our hotel centara ceysands with the confirmation number and we had to wait for 30-40mins at the reception because of this. Overall, the hotels were amazing and the experiences were memorable.
