      I have been to Sri Lanka along with my Parents in the month of November and did my ground booking with agent "Ceyathra Destination Tours Pvt Ltd" such an wonderful agent to say write from landing to till departure the way they took care of us is amazing and worth every penny spent on, i see only few people in the world work for client satisfaction rather than profit out of which "Ceyathra Destination Tours Pvt Ltd" is one, The Head of the agency who constantly remains in touch to ensure all the itinerary is met, and constantly check about how the drivers doing etc and the Guides/Drivers they have are such a genuine and nice people they know in and out of Sri Lanka, we are fortunate to have this Driver "Chathura" who knows the best site seeing places.       Srilanka Vacation was very good . Chauffeur and guide. were outstanding. All hotels booked we're good except Colombo wonder hotel where service was so bad no tea and coffee inside the room ,breakfast was so tasteless it was smelling we have to throw it in bin . Bentota

      Had booked only for Hotel and transportation. Hotel Temple tree at Bentota was the worst in terms of cleanliness, service and food. They should remove from the list. We planned for our anniversary in Hotel Taj Samudra,Colombo but the service was very poor inspite of informing in advance that we are coming all the way from India to celebrate our 25th marriage anniversary. Worst ever experience in TAJ property. I would advise people do not short list TAJ Samudra,Colombo for any auspicious occasion. The best time we spent in Hotel Cinnamon Citadel Kandy.

      I had a good time and found the people very nice, polite & welcoming. I am foodie and was sad to not get an authentic taste of Lankan food. The driver was good, helpful but had his own limitations. It would have been nice if the driver carries that extra ability for customer delight.

      TravelTriangle(TT): I came across TT while planning for an vacation to SriLanka. This is the first time using TT to book my vacation and I must say, this was the right decision. TT helps you connect with different agents and you can choose your iterary accordingly. DirectLink(DL): I was in touch with Nurshida from DL. She gave me a clear itenary and all the details required for the trip(Info on Visa, entry charges etc) Atheek was the driver assigned to us. He was friendly and cordial. He drives well and helped us reach our destinations on time. All the hotels assigned to us were good and we had a pleasant stay at all the places. Only place where we could not enjoy was Nuwara Eliya. Here the weather was very cold(13 degrees C) and frequently raining. Suggestions for DL: 1. Spent 2 days in Nuwara Eliya, and the weather was not favorable. Please see to that on such occasions change the destination or cut short the number of days. 2. Please keep a list of entry/Close timings for all the tourist places and abide by it. We wanted to visit Bhakta Hanuman Temple, but temple was closed.(Reached at 1.00 PM, temple closes by 12.30PM and again opens at 3.30PM) Overall our trip to SriLanka was amazing. Direct Link has a very professional team and see to that our stay is pleasant. I will surely recommend TT and DL.

      It was an excellent trip with Amara Tours. Mr. Ashok's helping nature and support throughout was cherry on the top. They provided us the cheapest package with best facilities like hotel, excursions etc. Mr. Ashok was happy to help whenever asked for, he even made last moment changes on our request. The guide Mr. Pradeep was however not good but none the less 5 stars to Amara Tours.

      The experience for some of the hotels was not good. I thought the agent Tropical Ceylon took us for granted in some of the hotels. The service of the hotels along with their locations was not up to the mark. In fact they didn't even seemed to belong to the category of 4 stars. I think u need to review the hotel category offered to us in yala and Bentota.

      Very good experience except the journey time which was very long and not explained to us .we spent almost half time in travelling. guide everyone Regarding the travel time.its better to stay nuwereliya then kandy . Centara hotel and beach was amazing. In Raddison colombo Sea facing room and swimming pool was awesome .

      The booking experience with Trip Travel Hub was good, but i recommend people to get activity included properly in the itinerary as driver cum guide follow that only. Our Chauffeur Mr.Sugath was punctual & polite through the trip. I recommend people to search & get activity included in the itinerary. You need to push them for covering your activity else they will cover the default activity. Kandy was boring for us as tooth relic temple , spice garden all were boring according to our taste. As requested trip travel hub were unable to arrange train ticket which was spoiler. But drive towards Nuwara eliya was good & Sita Amma temple visit was also good. Drive towards bentota was very hectic as it took 7hours or whole day. Best part of our trip was at Benota, Beaches were awesome , clean & relaxing. There are many hotel on beaches you can search yourself & dont include dinner with hotel. You can stay near Hikkaduwa beach & then there are many eateries to explore for local fish cuisine. There are many beaches so you can plan 3 night stay at benota also. Turtle Hatchery was worth the cost. Madu river safari was also good. All in all good experience. If you like beaches more you can stay in benota area for your whole 4 or 5 night trip. Mr.Kavindu was good with our booking & answering our query. Only issue we faced was getting itinerary modified as per our requirement.
