      Hotel mount view in nuwereliya no any facilities Colombo Nelly marine hotel good food v poor Theeban done v well.v friendly nd cooperative All the time given good response thank to him Vehicle v good. Driver v cooperative but last day dropped us v earlier in the airport at 6pm .our drop time 10pm suffered v much for night dinner totally v enjoyed the tour..Hotel in triconmalle skandag sea view service and food remarkable Mr.Tharanga the cousine incharge the cook Mr. Sanker nd Gajendiran hospitality and kind service the delicious food they served never forgettable.       The experience for some of the hotels was not good. I thought the agent Tropical Ceylon took us for granted in some of the hotels. The service of the hotels along with their locations was not up to the mark. In fact they didn't even seemed to belong to the category of 4 stars. I think u need to review the hotel category offered to us in yala and Bentota.

      Good hotels! Resourceful driver cum guide! My only issue is with the booking process. Travel triangle took 25 days to finalise my booking even though i was instantly getting back to them with updates/changes to my tour itinerary. I am otherwise completely satisfied with the trip.

      I have been to Sri Lanka along with my Parents in the month of November and did my ground booking with agent "Ceyathra Destination Tours Pvt Ltd" such an wonderful agent to say write from landing to till departure the way they took care of us is amazing and worth every penny spent on, i see only few people in the world work for client satisfaction rather than profit out of which "Ceyathra Destination Tours Pvt Ltd" is one, The Head of the agency who constantly remains in touch to ensure all the itinerary is met, and constantly check about how the drivers doing etc and the Guides/Drivers they have are such a genuine and nice people they know in and out of Sri Lanka, we are fortunate to have this Driver "Chathura" who knows the best site seeing places. Overall best moments we had in srilanka look forward to visit again with these agents, and last but not least i strongly recommend Ceyathra Destinations if someone planning to visit Sri Lanka to have every lasting memories.

      Service advice travel triangle is excellent, we didn't get any problem thru out our trip, hotels are too gud ,just have complaint in the service of mandara mirissa ,which is four star property, but don't know hospitality, infact Cotswold cottage was too gud ,I can't explain rest guide sujith is very nice ND gentle person

      The trip to Sri Lanka was a memorable one. Made new friends, enjoyed the sea food and the Ayurveda spa. However we were very disappointed with the hotels at Colombo and Bentota. The rooms were small and the bathrooms were not clean. There was hardly any space for us to move or keep our things. We were made to stay at Ceylon city hotel instead of the one that was given in the itinerary. That shouldn’t have happened. Kindly make sure it does not happen to other guests. The car ride from one province to the other was fun. Our time at Amal’s Restaurant and Villa was a pleasant surprise. Lastly, Our time at Rodeo- dancing the night away!

      Initially we were suprised to know that itinerary carried by Direct Link cab driver was different than the one finalised by us with Tra vel Triangle, Gurgaon. India. We wasted few hours and finally Direct Link agreed to our itinerary. It will be of great help if a small write up of places with historical background is provided to tourists. The cab driver should be more informative on timings of Museum, Zoos etc., instead of telling the tourists that it is closed after reaching there. About Hotel accommodation barring HOTEL GRAND KHALUNDAWA at Dombulla, it is totally away from Town (about 10 KMs) and it is isolated. OVERALL, THE TRIP IS GOOD AND DRIVER IS VERY GOOD AND WELL BEHAVED.

      TourBirds and their travel teams Mash, Zaheen and driver Sahab are very professional and trustworthy.... All the arrangements was done properly( much professionally) hotels, pick up from Airport, sight seeing places, taking us to restaurants, doping us back to Airport (7 nights and 8 days) was excellent... Had a great time with my family and credit to goes to TourBirds and TT.

      Hotels were overall good. Hotel staff was helpful. We were promised car with sufficient boot space to accomodate luggages as well as baby stroller. However, it was a struggle to fit eveything into the boot of the assigned car. Travel time was way too long compared to what was mentioned in the itinerary. Due to which, there was hardly any time left to explore cities Kandy/Dambulla on the day of arrival. There wasnt a single day that we left hotel after arriving which means driver was free after 5/6 and we managed dinners on our own. The driver was reluctant to bring us out for dinner and suggested to take an auto-rickshaw. Price list shared for attractions was not latest and verified. When questioned, we were told that those are non peak rates. Why would you provide non peak rate list to someone who is travelling during peak period. We liked our hotels especially at Kandalama , Yala and Bentota. Nuwara Eliya hotel could have been better.

      Hotels Feedback : 1)Mirrisa Regent was a Oyo room ,it was not a proper 3* property, First of all they didn't have our booking information, Welcome drink was not server, No power most of the time and they didn't have power backup also.In-fact a water bottle was provided even after asking. breakfast was horrible ( 2 slice of bread and butter with 1 banana and 1 yogurt) Complete Money waste and spoiler of the trip, Please don't book this hotel for any guest and try to refund the money for the same to US. 2)Welcome drink was not provided at Ceylon city hotel also. Other Hotels were good specially 'Ella flower garden resort'(Best Hotel in the whole trip) Car Service : Superb Driver : He(Nisam) is not good enough because of him we ended up paying more money every where(initial 2-3 days). He took us to the places where he has tie up with people over there, We realized it on the third day when we confirmed the price of Tuk-tuk with other people and we got to know that we payed 3 times the amount of what other people paid over there and his reaction for the voice we raised was very bad.He stopped the car in middle and said call the 'Direct Link' people and get another driver. Second driver : Izme : he was good and decent. Travel Triangle : Initially when we were esquiring that time the response was good enough but after we paid the first installment then the response has been changed.We need to do multiple follow-up to get the information. Final itinerary also we got the last moment after multiple follow-ups. No suggestion provided by travel agent about the places to visit and stay such as he could have guided us to stay and spend more time in Bentota instead of Galle. Infact Visa information was provided after asking. The complete itinerary was planned by us. Over all experience was average with Travel Triangle.

      I was on tour of Sri Lanka for 6 nights/7 days.Must mention that everything went perfect as planned n offered by Tropical Ceylon /Mr.Chandirama Prasad . Particular mention for Chuffer/Guide Mr. Priyanth who was very cordial,giving all info. and helping find Indian Restaurants too ! We went to 1. Sigiriya /Dambolla 2. Kandy 3 . Nuara Elliya 4. Yala National Park 5. Bentota & 6. Colombo . Hotel at Bentota was LALUNA AYURVED RESORT located right on River Bentota on one side & Arabian Sea after crossing the river.Lovely rooms. 2. Slight problem was at Colombo.We were booked at Hotel Palm but ON ARRIVAL THERE, THEY said Hotel is booked by Chinese for next 3 years and no such info. was conveyed to CDriver or to us on EMAIL OR WHATS APP so we were quite unhappy initially. After a while, we came to know that our hotel is shifted to WONDER HOTEL,COLOMBO instead of Hotel Palm .In the process, we wasted half an hour but finally got Sea view rooms at Wonder Hotel which was even better than PALM Hotel.       This is not the first time we have taken help of Travel Triangle. Last year, we had a wonderfully wonderful trip arranged through Travel Triangle. This year too, when we (Me,My wife and 2 sons) decided on visiting Sri Lanka, it was but natural to approach Travel Triangle considering our good experience last year. They connected us with 2 Travel Agencies and after multiple rounds of discussions and negotiation and changes in itinerary, we booked our trip through Tropical Ceylon. Manoj was our Driver cum English speaking guide and I must say he did a fabulous job considering his limitations. The places we visited were Wonderful and the activities we partook were wow. Though some activities appeared a bit too pricey- Especially the Diving and Tube riding at Bentota. What I didn't like and I am really upset about is that though Tropical Ceylon booked us and charged us for 3* facility, none of the Hotels were 3*. Moreover, the hotels at Bentota was awful. It was infested with Mosquitoes and there no Mosquito repellants or Waste bins in the rooms. We had to call up Travel Triangle as the Hotel staff were not taking any interest. In Negombo also the accomodation was not of standard and the lighting of the room and Bathroom were awfully inadequate. Except for this 2 blips, the tour was excellent. And both Tropical Ceylon and tRavel Triangle should look into tbhgis matter in right earnest. I am not asking for a refund of the expenses charged to us as the Hotels were not 3 *. But what happened, I felt CHEATED.
