We had good experience with Travel Triangle during initial enquiry. Support was good with providing vendor details and following with us continiously to seek our feedback. The travel agents they connect are all verified and provide good support. We had fantastic experience with Travo adventures, srilanka. Starting from providing quotation to clarifying and booking was smooth. All the arrangements picking from airport till droping back to airport after our iternary was well taken care. All the hotels provided were excellent and driver and vehicle were good. We covered all the places as planned and enjoyed the trip. Places - Colombo->Sigiriya->kandy->Nuwara Eliya->Yala->Waskaduwa->Bentota->Colombo

Me and my Family recently completed 10 Days trip to Sri Lanka with the assistance of Steeple Tours, and the experience surpassed all expectations. From the moment we landed in Colombo, every aspect of the tour was meticulously planned and flawlessly executed. The accommodation selected by the agency was top-notch, offering comfort and a true sense of Sri Lankan hospitality. The itinerary had mix of must-see landmarks, hidden gems and visit to vibrant local communities. Special mention to the driver Mr. Madhukar - he was extremely helpful and polite who took care of all our travel needs. I commend Steeple Tours (Dalini and Madhumali) for their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering an unforgettable travel experience. Highly recommended!

Three friends of us decided to celebrate new phase of life after the age of 60. The Sri Lanka trip was the right decision. We enjoyed the scenic nature, hospitality and the spiritual journey, sea shores very much. Amazing nature, 3 hours Train journey, river boat ride, jungle safari, stay at Nuwara Elliya and Kandi were memorable experiences. We recently visited Sri Lanka on a trip organized by Steeple Tours, with assistance from Dilini. She was excellent at her job, providing support throughout the trip. The accommodations were comfortable, and the staff was very welcoming. The driver was knowledgeable, showed us great places, and offered helpful suggestions for a smoother journey. However, we would like to highlight two key concerns: 1. **Herbal and Spice Garden in Bentota:** This was our first visit to the garden, and we were unsure of what to expect. Upon arrival, the representative’s initial question was whether we planned to make any purchases. They indicated that they would only show us around if we intended to buy something, as their time was valuable. Although we expressed interest in looking around before deciding, their attitude changed when we chose not to make a purchase. They made disrespectful remarks, insinuating that we couldn’t afford it. This behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable, especially towards tourists who contribute to the country’s tourism industry. 2. **Availability of Indian Food:** Before flying to Sri Lanka, we repeatedly confirmed that Indian food would be available at the hotels where we would stay. Despite this, 4 out of the 7 hotels did not provide Indian food. This was disappointing, as it affected the overall experience. We kindly request you to address these issues to ensure better experiences for future travelers.

Our vacation to Srilanka was coordinated by Madhu of Steeple Tours. We returned yesterday evening after one week excellent holiday in Sri Lanka. Thank you very much Madhu for all your help and assistance. Our entire trip was very nicely arranged. Thought of sharing few points. 1. All hotels were very good. Very well located and very cosy. 2. Car arrangement was superb. Driver Pasindu is a wonderful person and was very helpful and courteous. Please convey my special thanks to him. 3. Hotel at Bentota and Colombo were exceptionally good and excellent location ... 4. Thank you for informing all hotels about our vegetarian preference. We did not have any issues.

It was a delightful experience overall, as each of the four hotels provided an additional bed for our child. Among them, the hotel in Kandy stood out as exceptional. Our driver, named Ateek, was excellent, displaying a courteous and amiable demeanor throughout the trip. Upon arrival, we were promptly provided with a SIM card, greatly facilitating our communication needs. The drivers were consistently punctual and offered valuable assistance throughout our journey.

When we landed at colombo, early in the morning around 3.00 AM, our driver was not provided any information from travel agent about our short stay near airport, which was mentioned in itinerary provided to us, later we got to know that travel agent didn't book the hotel only. Later after approx. 1 n half hour a very basic stay was arranged on the spot, understandable that stay was really short. Later our stay at Ella flower garden hotel was changed to another hotel in a very remote location and we were not informed about that, However hotel was pretty decent with good service, no complain with the stay there. Later to compensate this travel agent arranged free lunch at next destination on following day. Rest other things were pretty fine and smooth.

Hi, Firstly, wishing you a very happy new year :) ✨ Thank you for your assistance and support. All in all, it was a wonderful experience in Sri Lanka. Roshan, our driving assistant and guide, was a treat to go around with. The circuit we were able to customise was great - it helped us cover the places we wanted to, while also not having to check in and out every morning. Galle's charm left us longing for more. Since we did not stay there this time, we hope to be able to plan something short covering Galle, Yala, and Ella (because the weather and train tickets non-availability didn't help this time around) sometime in the future. The stays at Topaz (Kandy), Cinnamon Bey (Beruwala), and Radisson (Colombo) were great. However, maybe we could have worked on something better instead of Heaven Seven (Nuwara Eliya) - the room was okayish and the buffet was unexpectedly limited. Everything said, Sri Lanka's hospitality and warmth, in addition to your management/arrangements were quite impressive as we thoroughly enjoyed our vacation in Sri Lanka. A FRIENDLY COMPANY KEPT UP ALL THEIR PROMISES WAS VERY CARING TO US AND RESOLVING ISSUES IF ANY PROMPTLY. ALL HOTELS WERE GOOD SAVE ONE IN KANDY. THE CAR AND DRIVER WAS GOOD AND THE DRIVER CUM GUIDE WAS VERY SUPPORTIVE. A GOOD EXPERIENCE .SUGGESTED TO FAZAN TO INCLUDE ALL COSTS WHICHIS EXTRA SINCE WE WILL NOT BE FORCED TO BARGAIN EVERY DAY IF YOU ARE NOT CAREFUL YOU CAN BE FLEECED IN SRI LANKA YALLA IS GREAT COMPANY AND FAZAN IS AN AMAZING PERSON

We didn't like the hotels at Galle and Kalutara... The beach was not good to play... instead we could have stayed at bentota where beaches were good....also in Galle hotel should be somewhere near the market area or the fort...that area is beautiful We enjoyed Nuwara eliya... Loved Seeta Amman temple....boat Safari was also good

First off, for those of you who have not visit Sri Lanka, you should make plans to do so. Despite my family and I having vacationed in places like Japan, Switzerland and China where the landscapes can be breathe taking, Sri Lanka's took us by surprise. It's a beautiful country with incredible natural beauty filled with picturesque mountains, rivers and lakes and a people who are friendly and helpful. The tourism industry though, is still in its infancy, and standard of service has some ways to go. Despite paying for top-end hotels, we were shocked to find that many of them do not even have air-conditioning in the rooms. Although we made a conscious decision to select our own hotels, the tour agency was not even aware of the lack of air-conditioning in those facilities and did not advise us on it. So although TravelTriangle was useful in recommending several tour agencies for us to secure proposals from, the agencies themselves do little more than just provide barebone service focused on pricing. You will have to do a lot more homework on your own if you want to ensure an enjoyable visit and avoid surprises.

We booked 7 day itinerary to Sri Lanka with Dinagi travels. Chamodi was our travel agent and she was very proactive in answering all queries and customizing the itinerary as per our requirements. Our car was very clean and comfortable and our driver Gamini was very good. All the hotel stays were good except the one in Bentota , Laluna, it seemed not well maintained, but beach was accessible with a 5 min boat ride. I would highly recommend to book with Chamodi.

Mixed feelings about the experience of this. I feel I needed to do more research before booking and plan the trip better myself. Didn't give myself enough time as last minute decision. Our driver was nice and pleasant and did what was required. The hotels was a mixed bag of great and not so good. Travel agent was okay.
