We had wonderful time thanks to meticulous co-ordination and planning of day-to-day tour activities by Mr. Madhawa. We also had great experiences during our Minneriya Jungle Safari ride, visit to sightseeing places at Kandy & Nuwara Eliya, visit to Ella Nine Arch Bridge and Jungle Safari rides in Yala National Park.

From the moment we arrived at the airport, our driver, Duminda, was waiting for us, making our transition to the first destination, Kandy, smooth and hassle-free. Sri lankan travel agent Chamodi is very helpful and kind. Driver and tour guide Jagath is also very caring and understanding Full marks to the sri lankan team Travel triangle though on the other hand who charge you $11 as fees really gets missing from the scene once you pay up No calls no updates negligible response from travel triangle. In my opinion if you are booking through travel triangle try and book directly from the local agent The platform and tge travel triangle agent dont offer much of assistance

It was a delightful experience overall, as each of the four hotels provided an additional bed for our child. Among them, the hotel in Kandy stood out as exceptional. Our driver, named Ateek, was excellent, displaying a courteous and amiable demeanor throughout the trip. Upon arrival, we were promptly provided with a SIM card, greatly facilitating our communication needs. The drivers were consistently punctual and offered valuable assistance throughout our journey.

When we landed at colombo, early in the morning around 3.00 AM, our driver was not provided any information from travel agent about our short stay near airport, which was mentioned in itinerary provided to us, later we got to know that travel agent didn't book the hotel only. Later after approx. 1 n half hour a very basic stay was arranged on the spot, understandable that stay was really short. Later our stay at Ella flower garden hotel was changed to another hotel in a very remote location and we were not informed about that, However hotel was pretty decent with good service, no complain with the stay there. Later to compensate this travel agent arranged free lunch at next destination on following day. Rest other things were pretty fine and smooth.

The travel agent (Madhu) ensured that everything went smoothly in the trip. I would recommend Steeple tours if you want to visit Sri Lanka. We had a great time. Thankyou! Stay at 2 hotels were average. I have already provided the feedback on this and asked her not to recommend those hotels to her future customers. Otherwise rest were amazing.

The Frontline staff & steeple Tours planned an excellent itenary for our trip for 8 days. Our appreciation to Ms Dilini of Steeple Tours and her 24×7 support on all the 8 days throught the trip is awesome. The Van 19 seater was ok but the driver Mr Nandana was extremely good and adjustable with us in many ways . He takes personal interest to take care of my mother 87 years old wherever she could not get down from the cab. The chauffeur Mr Charitha was a problem to us right from picking us at the airport, made us wait at the entrance airport zbd went to arrange cab for another 4 german traveller's. He was a man full of attitude always complaining about m/s steeple Tours, our agents and on the 7th day wanted to go away to pick some of his friend from the airport and made us wait at the road jn pitch dark for more than 40 minutes. Only with the interference of our staff M/s Dillini from steeple Tours we could reach the hotel at bentota on that day night. The chaffeur guide Mr Charitha did not behave properly and did not show anything at Colombo on the last day resulting a great disappointment to us. We lost our enjoyment due to the guide Mr Charitha eventhough we had a good itenary and support fron Ms. Dillini and with a good driver for the vehicle Mr Nandana The places are memorable and beautiful at nuwareliya & nine arch bridge, kandy cultural programme is worth to be seen. Seetha Amman temple, kathirkamam are oc devotional memories. Also Hanjman temple on way to nuwareliya and Indian restaurant Annapoorani there are great memories to us

We booked 7 day itinerary to Sri Lanka with Dinagi travels. Chamodi was our travel agent and she was very proactive in answering all queries and customizing the itinerary as per our requirements. Our car was very clean and comfortable and our driver Gamini was very good. All the hotel stays were good except the one in Bentota , Laluna, it seemed not well maintained, but beach was accessible with a 5 min boat ride. I would highly recommend to book with Chamodi.

Other then the swiss residence hotel, all they hotel were good and the service provided by Ayesha , Dilashan and Suren were exceptional. Thanks to them for making our trip wonderful. On suggestions is they should suggest hotels which provides indian veg food as finding veg food is very difficult.. Beautiful country, very helpful people,had a very good happy memories for us and my child…

Travco was good, but there was no point of paying 25k to travel triangle because neither ayush nor any of their teams helped us understand the visa process. We did it on our own. A huge thank you to Ayesha, our travel agent, for flawlessly planning our trip from Sigiriya to Colombo, ensuring every detail was taken care of, including our 5-star stay at Marino Beach Colombo. A special shoutout to Kavindu, our guide and chauffeur, who was with us for seven days, assisting us at every step with his local knowledge and warm hospitality. His thoughtful gestures, like the random King Coconut treat, made our journey even more special. Every destination was a delight: Sigiriya – The majestic Sigiriya Rock climb was tough but offered breathtaking views. Kandy – The Temple of the Tooth Relic and Kandy Lake were serene and beautiful. Nuwara Eliya – The cool weather and lush tea plantations made it a scenic paradise. Horton Plains – The stunning landscapes of World’s End and Baker’s Falls left us in awe. Ella – Enjoyed the stunning views and the iconic Nine Arches Bridge. Yala – The wildlife safari experience was thrilling, with sightings of elephants, deer, and crocodiles. We travelled to Sri Lanka for 8D/7N and over 06 locations in April 2024. This was our mini honeymoon as a newly married couple. Organizing our stays, driver, and itinerary with 'I Am Srilanka' was a pleasant experience. Themindi, our travel agent, was professional in accomodating our requests and suggested the itinerary and hotels well in our trip budget. She was polite and it was a pleasant experience communicating with her all throughout. Afzal, our driver, drove well and comfortably. He was aware of the routes and kept the car clean each time we sat. A polite, pleasant, and professional driver. Few things could have been better: The Colombo hotel was a highly rated but a very below average hotel with outdated amenities. Colombo hotel suggestion could have been better. Our itinerary was very hectic with only one day at each location; this made us very tired and we also missed visiting the treks and temples due to the large travel time. We could only touch one or two must visit places in each location. I would suggest booking two/three days per location at the very least. It is important to discuss and clarify all hidden charges and the mode of payment with 'I am Srilanka'. They have some preferences with paying in USD and in cash upon reaching Sri Lanka. Better to have these clarified in advance. Thanks for helping us organise our trip. We do plan to revisit. Chilling on a sun bed, next to our private beach at the Palms Hotel, in Bentota.

The best hotel was Amaya Hill in Kandy which was truly amazing in terms of location and food, you can imagine our experience of hotels then went down the drain and at Bentota we cried looking at the hotel promised. We were promised 4 star hotels for the amount we had paid for a trip to SriLanka and I felt CHEATED when we reached Bentota. It was not even a 2 star hotel, The location was great, but I have attached images and videos of the hotel we were given. Why we had to chose the hotel because Direct Link failed to book our hotel - Earl's reef and we were given options that were not up to the mark. We stayed at Rockside beach resort, and looking at the pictures we did not think it would be that bad when we reached there. It was humid, and hot, and the fan was not even working in their reception area. Well, Bentota is quite HOT and in a 4-star resorts, you expect AirCodition in the public area, but No, there were not AC in the reception area or the restaurant. We went to our rooms and it looked like a room in DHARAMSHALA, Lighting was BAD, room was in bad shape, mosquito net had mosquito hanging and we had to ask them to take it down because the Fan did not help. AC's position is in a direction that did not serve it purpose. Moreover, there was fungus on the roof, and water was dripping off the AC. We had two rooms, and both were same, so they had basically added a third bed in a room of two bed. When we asked for water, they simply denied and handed over RO water, not sure why. When we asked to give us more tea bags, they denied saying, its only one tea bag per person per day. Can you imagine how that felt? We were happy leaving the place for the day and coming back at night because the smell in the hotel and all the rooms were simply BAD. It was not a livable place. After seeking help from directlink, they said, refiund cannot happen as payment is done. nothing can be done. We moved from bentota to Colombo to Radisson hotel and we thought now nothing can go wrong and then on the reception I was told, that my dinner is not included in the hotel. I spoke to Direct Link and they said, its not there, but we were promised that it would be HALF BOARD for all the stays. Please see images I am sharing.

Things could have been better even if booked a package of 3 stars the properties were so dirty. And had to listen that covid has hit them bad. We are here for holidays we are running away from stress but that doesn't give them to keep dragging that everyone is gone. We are spending money to have a quality time. Tip this one or that gone. We are on holidays not to be monitored what has to be done. Nit given a chance to explore. We have been travelling but this is the 1st time felt too much pressure. Wishes were not taken in account but only had to follow the itinerary of the tour. Will never travel with your company which has so bad management. Atheist clean curtains good hot water for shower and some one who could listen what we wanted instead of forcing us to do what we don't wish too.
