It was my first experience with Travel triangle. We planned this trip for family through Direct Link, after recommendation by friend. My overall experience has been great, choice of hotels, cab, sightseeing. Special thanks for my tour coordinator : Ms. Nurshida. I remember making so many changes in my itinerary, both with respect to cities and sightseeing, before finalization and she kept her peace of mind and always had suggestion which ultimately turned out good. Also during the trip, she would promptly reply to my queries.The hotels initially suggested by her where changed without much of fuss. The car given to us for the entire trip was a big and comfortable car. Additional I would like to Thank Mr. Abdul (our chauffeur) during the trip for taking us through the country and guiding us. I was a nice experience we had in Sri Lanka and with Direct Link.

I stayed for 5 nights at different hotels. Day 1 - Very good Day 2 - bad (poor room, congested bathroom, no intercom) Day 3 - decent (located in remote location) Day 4 - decent (old property, no intercom, no TV) Day 5 - excellent I did not feel that Day 2 to Day 4 hotels were 3 stars.

We recently traveled to Sri Lanka for 6 days and 5 nights, organized by Glamour Asia Travels & Tours / White Monkey Travels (Private) Limited. From start to finish, the trip was an incredible experience, meticulously planned and executed by the travel company. A special mention goes to Chamith, our chauffeur and guide for the journey. Chamith was not only professional and punctual but also incredibly warm, friendly, and knowledgeable about Sri Lanka’s history, culture, and landmarks. He went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, making the long drives seamless and enjoyable. He was always ready to help, accommodating our requests with a smile and providing valuable recommendations that enhanced our overall experience. The hotels arranged for us were exceptional, offering comfort and hospitality beyond our expectations. Each property had its own unique charm and was located conveniently close to the attractions we were visiting. The meals provided at the hotels were delicious, and the staff at each location were welcoming and attentive. The itinerary covered some of Sri Lanka’s most stunning destinations, and we enjoyed every moment, from exploring ancient ruins to experiencing breathtaking landscapes and immersing ourselves in local culture. Chamith’s expertise ensured that we made the most of our time at each spot, avoiding crowds and discovering hidden gems. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the services provided by Glamour Asia Travels & Tours / White Monkey Travels and cannot recommend them enough. The entire trip was smooth, well-organized, and stress-free. Chamith played a pivotal role in making our experience memorable, and we are deeply grateful for his support and care throughout the journey. Moushumi's 6 days trip to Sri Lanka
I would say my overall trip was fine but there is scope of improvement when it comes to itinerary and planning. We could not cover a lot of points irrespective of the fact we started everyday as early as 9am. We barely got any time to shop in Colombo, in fact Lotus tower was the only place we could vidit after our arrival to Colombo and the cab driver didn't let us shop the next day or on our last day when we headed 5-6 hours early to the airport. The hotels were good except for the fact that two of them had no lifts but we had to climb stairs which was not beforehand. In fact the hotel which had a great view in Kandy, I requested the agent if we could stay there instead of going to Nuwara eliya but since it was last minute it was not acceptable. I would give 3 out 5 as there is scope of having better experience. My best memory is the time we spent in the Millennium elephant orphanage where we fed and bathed the elephant and walked with one.

Overall we had a great time in Sri Lanka... All the hotels we stayed in were good and the food was also great. I would recommend people to choose Travel triangle for their bookings as they provide the most competitive prices.

It was a very nice vacation. Planning was done well. Tour guide cum driver Mr. Jayawardene was very nice person and he guided each place very well. He was very friendly. Trip was memorable. Accommodation was very good.

They threatened to cancel the trip as i have paid online and then charged 100$ as penalty..i feared that the trip will get cancelled becoz we were already in flight departuring Bangalore. I feel betrayed from Travco team though they took care of us nicely after paying 100$ extra..

Travel Triangle and Crimson Travels both have done an excellent job in making our trip a memorial one. We had an itinerary and Nurshida from Crimson helped us finalize the same and ensured all things are at place days before the travel. The driver/guide Rizvi has been extremely professional and helpful and I can't recommend this agency and Travel triangle enough!

Our trip was really good. The srilankan tour agent helped us a lot 'dilini'. A spl thanks to her and the tour guide & driver. The only one which I don't like is the travel triangle agent, I forgot her name. She was super rude and acting like a PM (no time to speak etc etc). I never had this kind of experience with anyone.

We group of 12 friends and family visited Srilanka through Yalla Travel where Mr Fazan helped a lot and made our vacation wonderful. We got personalized vacation plan , got very clean bus with skilled English speaking driver and a tour guide. Overall everyone of us is happy with Yalla Travel and services offered. During the safari - Local vendor messed up the plan ( this could have been better if trusted vendors communicated in advance time)

We had 2 cab break down for which we wasted almost 2 days and in One of the incidence we were on road for 2 hours in hot sun, wile cab driver dint even answer our call.

It was really great planning this trip especially since the Sri lankan travel agent was really efficient and helpful. But unfortunately I was unhappy with the Travel Triangle agent services once I finalized the trip. They just disappeared from the scene despite us trying to contact her several times. Response ranged from non-existent to rude even.

We have been TravelTriangeling since last 4 trips abroad. That's because of its vast network of service providers. Srilanka was planned 3 yrs back, but the economic crises there held us from moving on. It happened again and we do carry great memories from this trip. The agency Romano Lanka and its coordinator Mrs Minasha was were very helpful. Though, we gave them though time planning and re-planning again and again,.she didn't budge and planned well. My suggestion to future travellers. Never hold back from tasting authentic Sri Lankan cuisine, they are always best available in very local and not so fancy restaurants. Our village safari was where we tasted the best food. Thanks to the old ladies there for their expertise. It would be very convenient if the travel planners include the entry fees for every visiting places, each and every visiting places mandatorily charge entry fees. Paying every time feels very costly. The season we visited was pre monsoon, but thank god it didn't effect our trip. Thanks to TT and Minasha Cultural dance at Kandy was hair raising. Spice garden, Cave temple, Sigaria rock, Sacred tooth relic and the beaches were just awesome and enchanted.

We recently completed an awesome trip to Sri Lanka with Travel Triangle via Travco adventures. From the time of booking till the completion of the trip, our expericnece had been great. Ms. Chetana and Mr. Shanil from Travco was very flexible and helpful during the whole process. He was very prompt and patient in handling all the queries during the entire process. As soon as we landed on Colombo airport, everything was pre-arranged - Car, Driver.guide, hotels etc. We had no difficulty anywhere. Special note and thanks to our Driver cum Guide Mr. Chaminda. For the entire trip, he had been like a family member to us. We never felt we are in a different country. He knew all the places and guided us during the entire trip. He was very flexible and we could complete all the activity and places as per the itinerary. He has a great sense of patience and customer service skills. Thank you Mr. Shanil and Mr. Chaminda for making this trip a memorable one. I wish you all the very best for your future and a happy a prosperous new year.
