Hi, We sincerely appreciate the wonderful arrangements your team made for our recent trip to Sri Lanka. The emphasis on road safety and the peaceful atmosphere added to our enjoyment. Highlights: The itinerary was well-curated, and most accommodations/transfers were seamless. Your team’s hospitality and attention to detail in key locations were exceptional. Constructive Feedback for Improvement: Hotel Concerns (3rd Stay): The remote location and lack of basic amenities at the third hotel made our family uncomfortable, especially as we were the only guests. A refund for this stay would be greatly appreciated. Transparency in Costs: Entry fees at temples/private attractions were unexpected. Clarifying these in advance or including them in the package would help future travelers. Similarly, sharing day-wise programs with detailed cost breakdowns (e.g., train tickets) would improve planning. Itinerary Communication: Providing a more detailed schedule (e.g., attraction entry times, fee lists) would enhance the experience. Request: Given the issues with the third hotel and unused train tickets, we kindly ask for a refund or credit for these. This would reflect your commitment to customer satisfaction. Also as agreed by your team return off $80 towards train arrangement which was cancelled due to local strike. Please note we lost $200 during the trip which was unexpected. Thank you again for the beautiful moments and your responsiveness throughout. We’d love to recommend your services with these refinements in place. Singapore and Malaysia Trip Our recent trip to Singapore and Malaysia, organized through Sahring Travels, was a mixed experience, with both positives and areas for improvement. Initial Arrangements: We received several quotations and finalized the agency after much deliberation. However, after making the first payment, we were informed that an additional 5% GST had to be paid, which was unexpected and not communicated earlier. Flights: We booked our flights through agent only, but the outbound flight was postponed (domestic) leaving us with minimal time to board the international flight during the check in process prior to 48 hours. I faced an ordeal of connecting with Air India support for over 14 hours to resolve the issue, which I had to manage entirely by myself. Hotels: The hotel accommodation was average in Singapore and very good in Malaysia Singapore Experience: The trip to Singapore was well-coordinated, and I would like to appreciate Ridhi for her excellent support and coordination. However, during the city tour, the driver for Days 2 and 3 was quite authoritative and did not stop at key attractions like Chinatown and Mariamman Temple, as promised. Instead, he halted at a gift shop for over 30 minutes, which was unnecessary and a waste of time. This sentiment was echoed by other families who traveled with us. Malaysia Experience: Our road trip from Singapore to Malaysia was disappointing. The bus was uncomfortable, leading to body aches and fever upon arrival at KL Berjaya bus station. To make matters worse, we were stranded for nearly 90 minutes without a cab, and the agent at malaysia was unresponsive. We had to arrange transportation to the hotel at our own expense. Additionally, we were initially informed that KL Tower tickets were included in the itinerary. However, the agent later charged us around ₹7,000, claiming there was a fee change from December 1st. Upon verifying online and at the ticket desk, the ticket prices were significantly lower (₹1,718 for adults and ₹1,012 for children). This discrepancy was frustrating and felt like a lack of transparency. Meals: We were informed that meals were pre-booked on both flights. However, no meals were provided on the return flight from Kuala Lumpur, adding to the list of inconsistencies. Overall Experience: Singapore: 8/10 – Well-planned and enjoyable, except for the guide/driver issues during the city tour. Malaysia: 5/10 – Poor coordination, lack of transparency, and uncomfortable travel. Flights: 6/10 – Lack of support and unfulfilled promises regarding meals. While we enjoyed parts of the trip, particularly in Singapore, the overall experience was marred by poor communication, discrepancies in the itinerary, and subpar arrangements in Malaysia. Improvements in transparency and coordination are essential for future travelers.

7 days 6 nights Srilanka spiritual Tour Places Visited:- Colombo, Sigiriya, habarana, Trincomalee, kandy, Nuwara Eliya. Thanks to Madhu(Steeple Tours Srilanka) for crafting the tour plan for my parents according to our preferences and making the trip go smoothly ,after talking with my Parents about the trip they were extremely happy with the planned itinerary and completing it on time, there were happy with the services your agency had offered, they are satisfied with all the accommodation you guys had provided, and special thanks to the driver Ramesh who stayed with them from starting to end of trip they were very happy with his patience, behaviour and showing them all the places patiently, they told us the driver provided them ample of time to visit and explore places peacefully. Finally once again specially thanks to madhu and to the driver Ramesh , you guys had given one of the best memories to my parents. Highly Recommended.

I was checked at every stage of my week-long program and asked if I had any requests, and at the same time, I received help at every point I requested. Isurika Dilhari became as close to me as a sister in this regard. Our cab driver Sameera was polite and full of fun, he was our luck . The hotels were carefully selected and comfortable in every respect. I appreciate the sincerity and friendliness of the Sri Lankan people. An organization you can undoubtedly trust.

Driver provided Mr Sylvestor was phenominal and was more than ready to modify the destinations from fixed itinerary. Overall an excellent experience Would highly recommend TTH for anyone travelling to Sri Lanka.

Cab driver Mr. Ashfaq was very polite and decent and he had knowledge about the sightseeing. The hotel stay was not upto the mark . The travel agent dont have good tie up hotels. The food in those hotels were not good enough. Post payment the agent didn't use to pick the call and listen to our request. Won't suggest to go with crimson voyages.

In those beutiful and very eventful & exciting 6 Nights & 7 Days trip we covered almost entire Sri Lanka starting from Colobo to Dambualla to Sigiriya to Kandy to Nuwara Eliya to Ella to Yala to South Sri Lanka @ Mirissa, Unawatunu, Galle, Bentota & then back to Colombo. Mr. Shanil Fernando from Travco Adventures was our tour organizer and Mr. Vishal was our Diving partner Cum Guide and both were extremely helpful and cooperative. Sri Lanka is a very very safe and a beautiful Country. Thumbs up from my end for a leisure trip there.
