Hotels at Pahalgam, sonmarg and Srinagar were good, but the Hotel Green Park at Gulmarg was pathetic. Shikara ride was included in trip package, still we were cheated by shikara person and we had to pay. Ozzo travels was not open to any feedback, and behaved very rudely for any inputs given by us. Otherwise, the trip was Great and well organized. Travel triangle promised few additional vouchers worth 10k, but never recieved. Followed up so many times with Manu, but never responsive. Pahalgam mini Switzerland and Thajwas Glacier at Sonmarg

Traveltriangle has provided good quotations. Hotel Ash Vale in Srinagar should maintain room amenities in better control, also breakfast food needs to be improved. All other hotels recommended by TMIC holidays were ok. Driver could be more attentive and should not be greedy for too much tip. Almost everywhere, everyone expects tip from tourist after negotiations with them which is irritating and made mood off with the behavior. This creats very bad impression of getting looted. Pls take this review in positive way so that such negativity can be eliminated and every tourist can cherish lovely memories of Kashmir. Gulmarg Gondola, Mughal Garden, Dal lake ride, shopping of dryfruits and pashmina at pahalgam

Good part: 1. The travel agent was very good at explaining and answering all queries 2. Experience with Cab and driver has been excellent. The cab was neat and clean. The driver was proactive in planning the day and always on time. 3. Hotel in Srinagar was as per the expectation. 4. The travel company was prompt in meeting and trying to solve our problems Things that did not go well: 1. Hotel in Gulmarg was below standard. The rooms were not very clean. The cold air was coming through the window and making the room very cold. 2. Stay at the Dal lake houseboat was disastrous. The room was not having a heater. Sleeping in the freezing temperature was next to impossible. The view from the balcony was blocked the whole day, leaving us paralyzed. Even after promising, the next day breakfast wasn't provided. We were about to miss the flight because they didn't drop us off on time. The person wasn't picking up the calls.

I enjoyed the hotel but the experience in khalil hotel was horific.. It was too bad the staff was not cordial . All other hotels were very good. About the taxi driver he was not good. I will on the last day he took me to restaurant where after eating food i and my daughter suffered from food poisining . He was all time taking on phone while driving . The time i spent in point zero enjoying snowfall and play in snow. The local union cab trip at phalgam to aruvalley and chanduwari.where he told us about kashmiri culture .phalgam was wonderfull experience

Hotels was not so great.electric blanket was not provided in gulmarg as discussed and included in itinerary and the travel triangle guy also didnt help regarding that issue. Hotel of pehalgam was very far from pehalgam it was approximately 15 km before reaching pahelham..actually it was not in pehalgam Pehalgam and gulmarg is a nice place

Everything was exceptionally good. A special thanks to our coordinator shahid to manage last moment plan change in pahalgam due to heavy snowfall. He has coordinated very well during crisis. And a huge shout out to our driver Touqeer he was professional and yet friendly. Guided us properly throughout the journey. Without his pro driving skills we would have end up in big trouble in the snowy evening of Pahalgam trip. Hats off to the whole team Fathima, Shadid and Touqeer. Thanks making our trip to Kashmir so memorable. Will surely visit again with Kashmir Heavens team. Thanks for everything. We were travelling to Pahalgam from Gulmarg and on the way heavy snowfall started. We enjoyed a lot initially. Created a lot of memories but soon it became a nightmare when we got stuck on the road for more than 10 hours due to roadblocks. It was a thrilling night. But Touqeer has managed to somehow drive in the slippery road and finally we reached Pahalgam without any major issues. It was a night to remember forever.

Srinagar Hotel staffs were supportive and helpful, however the hotel was not of 4-star standard. The service and rooms condition including the beds were not very good. Gulmarg hotel stay was small but was good. Pahalgam hotel and services were not so good. Complimentary breakfast and dinner were with a limited spread. Guided trip Kashmir should be more professional in terms of their communication and better coordination with the hotel in terms of customer expectations. They should be more engaging with customer to create excitement and mental comfort. Traveltriangle was helpful in just connecting to the local agent and their involvement was NIL

I booked an 8 days, 7 nights package of Kashmir with hermosa travels through travel triangle. From the beginning Hermosa representative was very proactive and courteous in her support. Janat from hermosa quickly created the plan and was in constant touch to tweak and improve the itinerary according to the needs of me and my family that includes small kids. She give me over 7-8 different options, multiple hotel choices and she was very helpful in ensuring our needs were met while also suggesting her own improvements based on her local experience. The booking, quotes etc was very smooth. Janat reminded us on time to book the Gulmarg gondola's which are limited. Farah also from Hermosa then ensured our travel was smooth and everything was taken care of. During our trip, we rarely had to call Hermosa for anything as everything was arranged and planned really well. The driver (Iqbal) was amazing and flexible to our needs. He gave good suggestions and ensured we did not fall into the trap of guides or other tourist frenzies in each location. Overall the complete experience with Hermosa was amazing starting with booking, hotels, cab to the arrangements at the hotels as well. I would strongly recommend Hermosa for anybody planning a trip to Kashmir. Thanks for great memories. Vijay

It was pleasant experience booking with travel triangle and eventually being handled by proxima holidays. From Proxima , Mehvish , did tried her best to ensure no hassles should occur during my 5 nights and 6 days trip. Regarding stay : Srinagar - Stay at Karam Gold was was awesome. They have good buffet option and food is also very tasty. Pehelgam - Stay at Pehelgam retreat was just ok. Rooms were very small. And one thing which i came to know after reaching there was that there is fix timing for both Geyser and AC heater , which was very annoying. Food was just ok Gulmarg - Stay at Royal park was good. The property is very nice with scenic view. Food was just ok. Rooms were good in size and aesthetics were good. Houseboat - My biggest blooper was stay at houseboat. There were too many negatives about houseboat. Although the houseboat in look was very good with good big size rooms. My stay was with Canada Group of Houseboat which was at Nigeen lake ( which was good , I didn't like Dal Lake much). With giant size rooms , there were almost zero facility in the houseboat. Most of the time AC heater wasn't working due to electricity issue so it was chilling specially during night. And caretaker didn't took any load to start the generator. There was no water bottle in the room ( very basic ) and if u ask for one you will be charged for it. There was a very good bathtub in the washroom , but no soap or shampoo. There wasn't even a dental kit available and upon asking one toothpaste also , we were denied. Food was home cooked and not good at all as options were also very limited. My driver through out the journey was very good and cab which was given to me was etios . Overall a good trip ( but very little discomfort )
