Upon arrival at Taoyuan International Airport, you will meet a private car which will proceed to take you to your destination. You will not be meeting a private guide, and you will have the remainder of the day free to explore the city as you wish.

After breakfast, check-out from the hotel. On day two, we will be taking the early morning express train from Taipei to Hualien. From there, we will be driving to the East Coast National Scenic Area, which is also known as Taiwan’s Last Unspoiled Land due to its untouched natural beauty far away from the hustle-bustle of the city and other urban spaces. We will also make stops at Shitiping (Terraced Rocks), Sanxiantai, and the Amis Folk Center to observe and witness the beautiful culture of the Taiwanese people in their country. Finally, we will arrive at Taitung where we will be spending the night.

Immerse yourself in the natural beauty of East Asia

After breakfast, check-out from the hotel. Today, we will pay a visit to the East Rift Valley, which is home to a diverse range of aboriginal cultures as well as natural landscapes which are a treat to the eye. There is plenty to do at this Valley, from tobacco farms to rafting. Further, we will proceed to Luye Gaotai, which hosts the popular annual Hot Air Balloon Festival. After this, we will go to places like Mr. Brown Avenue, Taitung’s Takeshi Kaneshiro Tree, Matai’an Wetland Ecological Park which offer beautiful glimpses into Taiwan— must not be missed! We will then stay overnight at Hualien.

Give your soul a treat in the midst of nature and comfort

After breakfast, check-out from the hotel. On day four, we will visit the Taroko National park, named after the beautiful river-cut gorge that is the pride of Taiwan. The river is called the Liwu river and its strong current flowing over centuries has cut through solid marble rock and created a beautiful gorge. There is also a road for travelers to go on and marvel at the beauty of the place. There are miles and miles of cliffs and peaks as well as forests and giant marble boulders. The places that we would be exploring are Swallow Grotto, Eternal Spring Shrine, Nine Turns, Qingshui Cliff, and Tienshiang. All these places are outstanding and offer amazing views. We will then drive to Taipei to stay overnight.

Have an educational fun tour with your loved ones

After breakfast, check-out from the hotel. Today we will be visiting the National Center for Traditional Arts which is dedicated to showcasing and encouraging traditional handicraft artisans of Taiwan who preserve the cultural heritage of Chinese arts and crafts. We will then proceed to the King Car Kavalan whiskey distillery and learn about the process in which whiskey is made, after which we will go to the beautiful Orchid Gardens of Yuanshan. We will be reaching Taipei in the late afternoon, where we will spend the night.

A tour of the city of Taipei to unveil the mystical land

Once you finish breakfast on the last day of your Taiwan tour, you will be taken on a tour of the city, where we will first see the beautiful Memorial Hall dedicated to the Taiwanese revolutionary military leader Chiang Kai-Shek. We will also see the world-famous National Palace Museum where artifacts as old as 5,000 years old are displayed— we can see beautiful Chinese imperial arts and jade collections which give us a glimpse into the history of East Asia. Further, we will go to the Martyrs’ Shrine, a monument constructed in memory of those who laid down their lives for the nation of Taiwan. There, we will witness the change ceremony of the Honour Guards as well as marvel at the traditional architecture of Taiwan. We will proceed to the Northeast Coast to visit Jiufen Village, Bitou Cape, Nanya Rock Formations and Bay of Two Colors.
