I missed two tours that I paid for... Not a satisfactory experience with the agent ... The iternary given to us by the agent in India was totally different than the team in Thailand had... spent an hour or more everyday coordinating for details .... Won't be using them again .. With regard to our recent Thailand Trip – I have raised the query at a very short notice (less than 12-15 days before travel date). Got quotes from various vendors.         Hotel ashlee plaza was the worst hotel, n ut was told that translatir will be provided...but it was not.. N phuket hotel was so far from the maun area...from patong beach..n ashlee plaza s service was zero...no one to check the guests Good pick up n drop Good cabs Sight seeing was ok types
