We visited Thailand (Phuket and Krabi) a week ago. It was an amazing experience for us. Everything is well managed, especially the communication is maintained. We stayed for 4 nights/5days. We had a perfect 6 day trip to Thailand. Gaurav and Rithika Jain from Tripoholic Holidays helped in meeting all our requirements which we had specified beforehand and everything went smoothly and as per plan. Once when a small miscommunication occurred it was resolved quickly and without fuss. Very happy with the trip and the support from Gaurav . Maya Bay was a memory of a lifetime and Phi Phi Island gave us lot of memories . Places like Krabi Rainforest discovery Tour and Emerald pool was kind of Really fantastic experience . It was awesome experience with TravelTriangle. My trip was well planned and it happened very smoothly. Through out the trip, TravelTriangle’s members were there for help. Information provided before the trip was same. I could have googled more about the places as few were missed during the trip (that wasn’t the part of package). I came to know about those while being there. Thanks to the team being available on phone all the time and helping us during the trip. Best part during our trip was 4-Island tour and cruise journey. It was a very pathetic trip. Was stuck in phuket multiple times due to lack of co ordination between different agents. Also whatever mention in the voucher is not provided to me. Also i am not getting proper response from the travel triangel as well as voucher agent multiple tines. I want my money back for the things which i didn't get as per the quote. Please help.

We had booked our trip with setango travel. Everything was good till the time we landed Thailand airport. Our travel agent Mr Rahul has told us that we require passport size photograph of ours for visa purpose which we were not carrying as it was never told to us earlier.It was big rush at Thailand airport and no airport authority was willing to help.when we called our travel agent Mr Rahul for the help then he suggested that we should search for photo booth at airport and run for fast visa as our connecting flight to Phuket was only 2 hours ahead. Somehow we managed to click our photographs and requested fellow passengers to allow us to go-ahead in queue so that we didn't miss our connecting flight for Phuket . we had to pay 200 TBH for instant photo and 400 TBH for fast visa. now another problem was waiting for us. When we reached hotel we were told that check in time is 2pm and it was 9am of the morning there, means we had to wait for another 5 hours to go into our room.when we called me Rahul then his answer was you pay early check-in fee and go to your room if you want to go early.just imagine that a person who has come after a day long journey and he has to wait for another 5hours to go to his room and get freshed.i had to pay 600 TBH for the same. My travel agent was frequently changing itenary by his own.he changed my hotel and flight from Bangkok to Kolkata as per his convenience. Half day Bangkok city tour was scheduled on 4th day of our journey. When we started city tour then we came to know that only two temples visit was planned for the day . Only good part of our half day city tour was our guide.she was very poilte and humble lady. In a nutshell it was our first international trip which ended with haphazard schedule fixed by our travel agent. In a nut shell it was a painful

The trip was overall good.But I would like to post some pros and cons . pros: ->I asked for change in the Itenary many times and that was done without any hesitation and i got a good package with reasonable amount. ->During the trip the pick up and drop was perfect all the days. ->Whatsapp group was organised before the trip and they provided solution for any issues immediately during the trip days. Cons: ->As i asked for water activities as complement ,they provided me snorkeling in 2 islands (james bond and coral),but in james bond island snorkeling was not available.This was not communicated properly.The guide for snorkeling in coral was not good. ->Before the payment was done ,i get call from both Travel triangle and travel fireflies regularly on the update.But after the payment was done i got very poor response from both.My queries were not answered properly. ->when i enquired then for my vochers before 3 days of my trip, the reply was slow and not responsive from both Travel triangle and travel fireflies. but i was then sent before 2 days of my trip

That's a Value For Money short vacation for me. 2 nights at Krabi & 2 nights at Phuket covered almost everything that one can expect in those beautiful islands. It was indeed a well planned trip apart from few hiccups. Communication throughout the trip with agents always helped. The biggest drawback is with the selection of hotel at Phuket. The room was really bad and for the same price I think better hotel could have been booked. 4 island tour and I got myself a tattoo :)
