This is not the first trip I have done through Travel Triangle. However this will certainly be my last. I had a really tough time in many things while I was holidaying in Thailand. We take trips to ease our mind but it was sad to see that the support team was not of much use and they only added to the headache. First, the final itinerary was shared one day before the trip started due to a confusion at their end. As such last minute changes to timing and transfers were done which could not be amended easily. This was also done after a lot of arguments with the support team. Secondly, even though any trip may have unforeseen circumstances it was really sad to see that the support team was there to support the suppliers only and the travelers were of no importance. It is as if once you have paid for the trip they are not concerned with what happens to you. It used to be different earlier. Your company has changed. Thirdly, support team should be flexible enough to accommodate the requests of the travelers when are on a customized trip. Sadly that was not the case. Fourth, the food in the islands was pathetic especially for vegetarians. Should have been communicated earlier. Lastly, I would just say that your company is now more interested in making money as even those activities which were promised in the itinerary were being miscommunicated during the trip so that some more money could be extorted. When your resort to such practices then the faith in your company comes down. I hope you will make amends to your practices as currently it looks like you have forgot your customer centric approach. PS: The hotels were good and as per specifications and as such there are no complaints there. Just thought ill mention a good point also.

We enjoyed our Trip as it was hassle free.All well coordinated as per itenary. Little bit of confusion in the start but finally taken care. Only Phuket hotel was far from beach. Overall very good experience. Travel Fliers Roshini helped us in making the trip memorable. Dusti Thani Pattaya Hotel was worth remembering.

Overall it was good experience phuket krabi were awesome. In bangkok we were given a dinner cruise but it included around 300 people on that cruise we were little disappointed there. I think you should include temples and if there are no children people can skip safari world as well. The coordination from navigatio is on point and Tarun and team really helped us to get our query sorted in time A good experience overall the stays were beautiful and were nearby market which made our commute very easy. Will recommend it to people as well keeping above recommendation in mind

It was my first marriage Anniversary and I planned this trip in Dec 2022 from 10th to 19th, covering Phuket, Krabi, Pattaya and Bangkok. I started with placing my request in Travel Triangle , I happen to accept the quote by Navigatio Asia Holidays and it was my perfect decision. To start with Ms. Parul had worked very hard to prepare a final quote for my trip, listened to my family requirements and gave the best hotels as well as the best quote. Thank you Parul for spending time on my travel quote. So after my quote was ready, I happen to get in touch with the hero of my trip that is Mr Tarun (Please read full comments to know why I call him Hero). He is very well aware of Thailand and suggested me some good things which helped me while on the trip. Thank you Tarun. When I was in Pattaya, my local guide Mr Sunny, a Punjabi guy with excellent speaking skills I must say, he helped me to get some initial medicines for my father, coordination was good. Thank you Mr Sunny. Everything was perfect from Navigatio with respect to price, hotels, cabs, site seeing, pick-up and drop. Now, the reality check of any person happens when someone is in trouble, unfortunately it happened with me when my father fell sick and was admitted to hospital in Bangkok. That time the entire Navigatio team has helped me so much and when you are out of your nation, away from home, the only thing expected from people is empathy and some help. Mr Tushar was in constant touch over phone to check my father's condition. Mr Tarun helped me staying overnight with my hotel search, flight cancellations and refund (that was a great help), he really worked hard to get me hotels and do the bookings for me. It was really tough to get a good hotel near to the hospital since it was a Christmas week and Bangkok hotels were fully booked. He did a great job there, my trip as per the travel itinerary ended on Dec 19th, but since my father was in hospital we could not travel back and for rest 5 days Mr Tarun has helped me a lot for which I will be in-debt. Thank you once again to the entire Navigatio team. Thank you Travel Triangle for the smooth search process, booking support and timely updates on my travel. looking forward to book another international travel very soon. Thailand 08 th March 2019 Trip was of 10 days & was very well planned by the team.Hotels at Phuket(Chanalai Hillside),Pattaya(Rabbit Resort) & Bangkok(Eastin Grand hotel) were excellent.SIC tranfers were V.good for tour.Private transfers were good except one from Pattaya to Bangkok ,Mr.Amit was notified for same for better cab in private transfer,issue was resolved in next transfer got a decent cab for pick & drop.On site co-ordination with thai agents were good they provided all required support.Overall it was a memorable trip had an amazing time with the help of Mr. Amit & Mr. Ankit.Highly recommend J.Routers.
