1. Didn't get English speaking driver, although were promised, later we got told by it's prohibited by Thailand Govt. (don't know the truth) 2. We asked for a local well-known driver who could take us to all the marketplaces nearby Bangkok, we kept one day for shopping just for that, and the only reason we were in Bangkok for shopping, was as we paid some extra amount for that was well, we didn't get the well-guided driver at the first place, so all the places we have been to are closed. Like Chatuchak Market, Asiatique etc. 3. I got the Hotel Khurana Inn room without a single window, as it wasn't available. It was smelly and damp, ask the agent said to complain to the Hotel authority as he can't help. 4. In Krabi we were promised a longtail boat tour for the whole day, but instead got a speed boat for some reason without us even asking as they thought it was an upgrade. 5. Supposed to go to Phuket by Boat from Krabi, though it will be a wonderful picturesque ocean ride. I got a car without information, again later after a call with the agent he told me it was an upgrade. Mom is car sick as we informed you before booking but we got the car anyway. 6. I probably 10 times asked and confirmed that I want to go to Maya Bay, but even the day before our Phi Phi Island tour, we didn't get, again without information as again got to know that Big boats can't visit Maya Bay but we got big boat anyway. I hoped that Travel Triangle would help, but they didn't as Travel Teach keep on telling lies. So instead of Travel Triangle believing us, they took their agent's side. I don't recommend it at all. They will sell something and later will give you something else without your consent.

Hi Guys, Our trip was very nice. Team was really helpful. Driver was nice and humble…whenever we asked he was always ready. Aditya was really helpful. There were some cons like I need to leave early as per plan but there was some issue with the hotel payment twice although Aditya helped us and quickly resolved the issue. So it was fine. But the trip was awesome…we have visited many places…stay were clean and nice. I would recommend this travel Agency to plan your trip with.

The recommendations and flexibility was all taken care and a detailed itinerary was created. During the trip, there were few hiccups here and there, like Cab delayed, etc, but the speed at which everything was turned around was amazing. This is the first time i got a better Support after buying the service. Satyaveerji ensured that irrespective of the time of the day, his response was always immediate on whatsapp for any queries or concerns during the Trip and this helped to remain relaxed in a land where there are basic communication issues. The Hotels & rooms provided were clean. Location was spot on, with proximity to other places. The Transport was quite good. Timings were well maintained. Next day plan was shared previous night with full details to avoid any room for confusion. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our Trip and i would give full marks to Clipago, mainly due to their planning, communication, transparency & execution.

Naik 15183 points 4 hours agoIt was a Great Experience on my 1st International Holidays abroad. They are reliable and trustworthy People. As compared to others rates were on higher side. At Phuket and Bangkok they could have provided better Hotels with Good view. Most of the Hotels are not providing sufficient Drinking water in the room. About outdoor activities, they must give clear instructions to the client about the activities and dress, so that we can go prepared for activities in the water. All visit to Islands were good. Candlelight Dinner was not upto the mark, to celebrate my wife's birthday. All the transport arrangements were fantastic with good luxury vehicles and decent driver. Although I spent little extra money and few hotel rooms were not upto the mark, no regrets as they took good care of us. I thank entire team for their support and Cooperation.
