            Hotel was good except pataya, it had twin bedroom and aminities are very bad, not good quality. You promised to give English speaking driver but there was no English speaking driver, it was very problematic and service of the agent was very bad, there was no guidance from their end.

            We had an amazing vacation to Krabi and Phuket , Bangkok , Pattaya . Everything was organised and helpful.             Overall it was good experience phuket krabi were awesome. In bangkok we were given a dinner cruise but it included around 300 people on that cruise we were little disappointed there. I think you should include temples and if there are no children people can skip safari world as well. The coordination from navigatio is on point and Tarun and team really helped us to get our query sorted in time A good experience overall the stays were beautiful and were nearby market which made our commute very easy. Will recommend it to people as well keeping above recommendation in mind

            It was my first marriage Anniversary and I planned this trip in Dec 2022 from 10th to 19th, covering Phuket, Krabi, Pattaya and Bangkok. I started with placing my request in Travel Triangle , I happen to accept the quote by Navigatio Asia Holidays and it was my perfect decision. To start with Ms. Parul had worked very hard to prepare a final quote for my trip, listened to my family requirements and gave the best hotels as well as the best quote. So after my quote was ready, I happen to get in touch with the hero of my trip that is Mr Tarun (Please read full comments to know why I call him Hero). He is very well aware of Thailand and suggested me some good things which helped me while on the trip. Thank you Tarun. When I was in Pattaya, my local guide Mr Sunny, a Punjabi guy with excellent speaking skills I must say, he helped me to get some initial medicines for my father, coordination was good. Thank you Mr Sunny. Everything was perfect from Navigatio with respect to price, hotels, cabs, site seeing, pick-up and drop. Now, the reality check of any person happens when someone is in trouble, unfortunately it happened with me when my father fell sick and was admitted to hospital in Bangkok. That time the entire Navigatio team has helped me so much and when you are out of your nation, away from home, the only thing expected from people is empathy and some help. Mr Tushar was in constant touch over phone to check my father's condition. Mr Tarun helped me staying overnight with my hotel search, flight cancellations and refund (that was a great help), he really worked hard to get me hotels and do the bookings for me. It was really tough to get a good hotel near to the hospital since it was a Christmas week and Bangkok hotels were fully booked. He did a great job there, my trip as per the travel itinerary ended on Dec 19th, but since my father was in hospital we could not travel back and for rest 5 days Mr Tarun has helped me a lot for which I will be in-debt.             The stay was amazing.The scheduling was good too.But the support team failed really bad at krabi and phuket with different sorts of excuses. They were sorry many times. They were not supportive at all and were stuck on the side of their stupid local agent and did not provide any compensation for their mistakes and kept pushing us into a frustrating experience. But the Booking experience with travel Triangle was great and the Itinerary was prepared very well by the agent Vandana of My Travel Calendar.But the support team totally disappointed with their miscommunication and cost us a day tour. The App User interface is totally cool and I have recommended it to many people. I liked how a trip advisor was assigned and was very prompt with all my queries.             I have taken a trip to Thailand with Travel Triangle's Agent Unique Travels. Thanks Miss Palak and team for well planned and customised holiday as per our requirement. We really had the great one. I have some concern about the trip, I know u have multiple requests to handle but there should be improvement in the timely updates from your side. The only issue was that you have sent me the confirmation vouchers on last moment and about the visa form assistance I would like you to know that the form u have given me was the correct one. Same form available at the airport also. And about your Bankok agent, He was quick to resolve the queries but the issue was I have to Ask him all the time about the schedule and details. And Bankok hotel was not customer friendly. And very small. About Krabi the agent was superb she was very prompt in letting us know about every details. The Krabi's Hula Hula resort was awesome and staff there was very cooperative. About Phuket, the agent there was great one, she was very prompt and managed very well. The Coconut Village Resort is also the good one. All the activities were also awesome, only thing I had issue with is the Phi Phi Island tour, the tickets booked were economy tickets which I would have liked you to inform me first so that we would have managed it from here itself.(we paid extra to upgrade the tickets) which is fair enough but prior information would have helped us more. About the Airport Pickups I couldn't see your representative on the said location, we have to call on arrival for the assistance. Rest all other things were perfect. Thanks for making the trip memorable for us. About Best Memories, All of them were cherishable for life.
