        I will share my true experience in a bit detail: Pros: - What made me choose SPSV travels in the beginning was the polite and convincing tone in which they explained me the process of booking. - Then I found them extremely accepting for the many changes i asked for in the itinerary - Their SPOC "Krishna" was also very soft spoken - The prices quoted were also optimal and genuine. No extra charges were added. -- The ground team (in Thailand) was good and planned and organized the activities really well (barring 1 or 2 glitches). Cons: - There knowledge of Thailand itinerary is very standard. They do not have in depth info about off-beat or non-standard locations/activities which tourists can do. - Most of the research about good hotels and spots had to be done by me. Their recommendations were not very apt. - The ground team in Thailand is completely another agency who SPSV has been partnered with. - As a result the itinerary is actually finalized by them and not SPSV. SPSV has very little say in deciding the sequence of spots. - Once you reach the destination, SPSV is almost absent. Everything is in local team's hand But overall the joint effort was good and we had a pleasant holiday.

        As we have opted for a better package phiphi island tour should have been given by speedboat instead of a ferry which is meant for 500passengers...so we skipped it...apart from this everything was awesome.         The coordination for the entire trip by our travel agent Ms. Pum was excellent. We never faced any problem during the trip. There was only a minor setback during Hong Island trip at the snorkeling location. Nobody from our boat wanted to get down into the water because he water was too dirty as well as full of jellyfishes. But it did not bother us much as there were several other snorkeling locations in our trip. The snorkeling point at Phi Phi Island was the best. Rest the entire trip was great.

        Ashlee Hub hotel patong is excellent for its location and facilities. Rooms are large and hotel staff is courteous. Bankok D Varee xpress Makkasan is a very bad choice of hotel. Rooms are very small and stinky and AC is not comfortable. Its location is very bad due to flyover construction just besides it leading to heavy traffic jam and i dont suggest anyone for it. None of the tour coordiator in bangkok contacted us and kun Vicky is not at all reachable on his phone. Phuket stay and phi phi island visit
