Overall experience with my first hotel that I suggested was grt except the room view but the second hotel sarovar suggested by pooja was not that grt and the check out time is 10 am that is too early. I told my agent pooja that I requested the hotel to atleast extend it for 1 hr but they were not ready so I asked the agent to ask the driver to take us to market as my flight was around 3:00 pm and there was gap of 2 hrs where shouId I go. She was least bothered to revert back and said u ask the hotel to extend the time and driver is only for dropping u to the airport for last day. Till date she did not replied to my message. Also one more thing that the driver took 400 rs extra for parking where he did not even parked his car and he did not suggested us good market for shopping as he did not wanted to go anywhere apart from fee mentioned places. It was our family trip . And it was a good experience of ours. Only the issue we had was with the driver that too the language barrier was there anyhow the driver was really very nice and cooperative but we don't know Hindi and so he can't understand what we are trying to say ,so most of the time we have to call our agent and ask him to translate. So, a suggestion from my end for the agent is only that specially for the South Indian travellers they can provide those driver so can understand the a little bit of English . Rest our agent was nice and very supportive throughout our trip.

Cab was good but places mentioned on iternary was very bad we saw some of them but not worth so, we explored on internet to have greater look of udaipur. Kumbalgarh is not as good as chittorgarh... Pls visit places in iternary first

The Trip is Good, The Mudgil Travel managed well. But the Cab driver is very lazy and always in hurry he is less interested to show places and wants to skip, This is my 3rd Trip to Udaipur so I was aware of all places and I need to instruct him about the places. Also, For additional 50 KM Distance of Ranakpur Driver says it's 100 KMs From KumbhalGarh, Actual Scanario is as follow: Distance Between Udaipur to Kumbhalgarh = 100 KM, Distance Between Kumbhalgarh to Ranakpur = 49 KMs, Distance Between Ranakpur to Udaipur = 90 KMs, So all over Only 50 KMs additional and for this 50 KMs they want 2000 INR initially and finally settled in 1000 INR which is 20 Rs/ KM. The Price which I paid, they easily provide me the 50 KMs as an complimentary, But I didn't want that, the point is, they don't care much on it and wants to fool customer and charge them double. Not Very Happy with the Service, also on checkout the Hotel Staff Not allowing me to go as the Mudgil Travel didn't Paid them for the Hotel, almost 30-40 Minutes I need to suffer on Receiption Desk and need to explain the whole scenario to management.

Hotel Banjara Mount Abu was a nightmare. Unhygenic, poor service. Even i could not get the taxi bill during the trip(to claim LTA). Called many times Apoorva Nath but no response received . Hotel Dream palace at Udaipur was good.
