We were really happy with the hotel arranged for us but was quite far from the main location and the travel agent was really helpful throughout the journey and picked every call made by us... Except the fact that the driver actually spoiled it...He misbehaved with my parents multiple times including me...He was drunk on 2 and 3 day of our journey....He denied exploring the places which were included in the package...He abused the vehicles passing by on the road...His vehicle was not commercially registered...All this made my journey totally unsatisfactory...I request you to kindly take strict action towards the driver and agency named Arvind Chaudhary...He was completely unprofessional and I'll mannered....I would really appreciate if u take strict action towards him and if not taken i would take this feedback on some other level.. Naini lake and Mukteshwar visit was great....

Booked a safari Jim Corbett and Nainital package in March 24. Though I was skeptical at first since this is the first time am booking a trip through a travel agent. Since my baby is 2 years old and this was her first trip so I did not want any hiccups. All thanks to UMA and Mithila Travels as it turned out to be one of the best trips of my life. From airport pickup to stays everything was very well organized, we were worry free and enjoyed the trip. It was great experience. Once again Thank you Uma, you were great help.

Trip was good but the places mentioned in the Itinerary is not possible to cover in the provided time (3N/4D). Required realistic schedule Provide hotel near to location in case of 2 day stay which will save some journey time We expect some clarity if there will be any additional charges to reach places mentioned in Itinerary through other transport such as small cars/Horse ride.....There should not be any sudden shocks in the last minute Also it is tough to accommodate all the luggage in the car boot space due to CNG cylinder and need to adjust it in the back seat which makes inconvenience while traveling. Filling of CNG takes more time and driver not ready to go with petrol/diesel for 25km. We reached airport in the nick of time. Any slight delay would have been impacted my flight journey. Driver should not hold mobile in hand and drive. In my case the driver used mobile in hand for the directions using the Google Maps throughout the journey

Agent didn't coordinate the trip well. I had to call & check for plan. Driver kept asking plan from me, instead of trip agent informing him. It would have been better if I had planned trip by myself. Before this I had booked 3 trips from TT, which were excellent.

Overall your was good. But vendor mgmt was a problem. On day 1 there was lot of confusion about change in hotel without prior consent. Last day there was confusion about pending payment when payment had been completed prior Food. Ambience at hotel. Driver support. Locales
