Experience with travel triangle was very nice, more specifically the support we have from travel agent, Mr Vimersh. He answered our calls every time and supported us on every time we reached out to him for any assistance during the trip. Seeing my son experiencing jungle was very satisfying.

Hotels in Hrishikesh is Good. In jim corbet property was very good. In Nainital hotel was Good. We enjoyed the trip very much. Rivers rafting experience was amazing and excited

Trip was not planned properly. Hotel for Ranikhet was 30 km away from Ranikhet, i.e in between Rampur to Ranikhet, causing 5 hrs wastage of time. Dhanaulti was not added in the trip, which is supposed to be. Please plan the trip by knowing the area and spot very well. Hotel in Jim Corbett was good, even Maya regency in Bhimtal was also good.

It was OK.. But was expecting better service wrt cost. The agent was not fully aware of the travelling time etc. Also, driver was extremely non professional.. He can drive the car well.. But very demotivating. Also, hotel arranged at Kaushani was pathetic as there used to be power cut for 3-4 hours and no body took phone call at night.. Cignett resort was really good.. But one good thing is that Divya, the travel agent was responsive and tried to solve problems

Had amazing travel experience.. Good cab and driver service...travel agent was prompt in resolving queries and concerns..little disappointed with hotel in mussoorie which was bit unhygenic, wifi, mobile phone and intercom all three were not working..had difficulties with connecting people.. Jungle Safari experience was simply wonderful..was given Bijrani zone..greatful to have seen Tiger and that too twice.. Couldn't have expected anything more.. Hotels in Jim Corbett and Nainital were exceptional..friendly staff, services were prompt, food was unmatchable..never had such delicious food earlier on any trip...driver was polite, knowledgable..never felt unsafe.. overall very much happy with experience..

Improvement scope on Cab, hotels and communication and behaviour of travel agent. Driver are good he help us to enjoyed the trip. Scope in booking and quality of hotels. We enjoyed at Nainital lots like horse riding, paragliding and etc

Travel manager is little flexible and quite humble..... Cab driver was using mobile phone so frequently on drive. Apart that he is helping, friendly and very co-operative. The place you suggested would have little bit better for any new person coming up to explore. Trip plan should be quite much more organized, attractive and enjoyable. Thus we had not much sight seeing in the place we landed 1st. Then we decided and made alteration. So loss of money on hotel for a day as we changed last minute. Delhi and a day in kasol snow.

Not satisfied with our Agent Advanturemania Had to do too many followups to get the required information. Over charged heavily for safari. Doesn't respond to calls properly.

Hotels are not up to the mark. Every hotel I stayed have lot of repair works going on & disturbing !! The hotel at Corbett (Wanderlust Corbett resorts) has bad staff behaviour. There is no prior information provided by change of hotel at hotel at Ranikhet & ended up staying in a homestay which is pathetic. Operator Mithila tours would have planned it much better and provided me with the information upfront. I am able to finish it safely by Godess Durga’s blessings. I think never look into Travel Triangle site for my future tours!!

One star for travel agency. They need to improve professionalism, consistency in communication, commitment. Fortunately most hotels were decent & could get very good driver.

We had booked our tour with Navicrow holidays. The travel executive Yash was very helpful during overall journey. He was very polite and quick responsive. Because of him we managed to explore uttrakhand better as the driver was not aware with many things. Overall it was nice experiance but had some small issues. First of all the driver was good with driving but he was not aware with the roads and the locations. Because of that we wasted much time and we had to worry about to reach the locations. Also, Nainital and Jim Corbett hotels were good but Mussorie hotel rooms were too small. The food was good there. Rishikesh hotel was good but location was too crowdy area and also food was ok ok there.
