Booked a trip for Uttarakhand (Nainital Ranikhet Almora Kausani) within a very short notice. Arrangements made by tripsailer.com was awesome. Everything went smooth starting from stays upto conveyance.. all the hotels were just fantastic with perfect hill view.. just didn't like the cottage at Ranikhet..its location was also not so good..far away from main city, though view was good but the hotel packed in service, maintenance and food. Stay in nainital was the best part, near the mall road with perfect lake and hill view..loved the place..

The trip was great but the hotel at Mussoorie which we received on the first day was not good. The hotel was changed the next day and it was satisfactory.The trip went as planned and it was a good trip of Uttarakhand planned by Back 2 Holidays and their representative Shreya Chaturvedi! Improvement could be done with communication on WhatsApp or calls to check how the trip is going. And hotel choices could be improved.

Overall experience is good and mostly travel agent Miss. Shreya is very cooperative and helpful. Some disappointing point is cab driver and hotel view site room. Cab driver not perfect for nainital and mussoorie also,he disappointing me. All memories are very good and remembering...

I booked tour package for 6 days to Nainital, Rishikesh and Mussoorie from TripSailer. My booking was done by Jyoti Rawat. She was very helpful in finding me the perfect itinerary at the best price. The overall trip experience was very good. The hotel's which were provided were amazing. The driver - Mr. Rajeev Sood was very friendly guy and made sure that there was no issues during the trip. I would recommend trip sailer for anyone who wants to go on a trip to spend quality time.

Our trip to Uttarakhand was very good. It was arranged by Mr Deepak, he booked all the hotels rooms, river rafting in Rishikesh and Jim Corbett safari. Whatever he communicated he was able to deliver it, but we had cab break down initially. Later he arranged a new cab and gave a good driver. I would recommend this travel agent as he is very kind and very responsive to your questions. Service is very good. One suggestions would be to give better cabs which are in running conditions and also communicate with the tourists about which place that are planned on daily basis.

First Travel Agent Mr.Sunny Sharma left in middle of discussion. Miss Nikita came and take over the discussion. Nobody has asked about services and facilities we are getting is comfortable. Not asked before, during and after the trip completion. Customer interaction is important when we have booked for Luxury Trip. If it was ordinary or economic trip, I can understand. But even in Luxury Trip package also not taking call feedback. It's not good impact. Overall Hotels, Cab and Driver are Fantastic.

They just acted as a coordinator not as professional Agent. They hired taxi from third party and third party hired from fourth so the Driver behavior was very bad. The driver is one who accompany you during whole trip.

Everything was good and the hotels and hospitality was really good, Mr.Sumit was on contact with us the whole time to make our journey very smooth only suggestion is the agent needs to make the payment first at everywhere and give a confirmation vouchers of each and every hotel Ranikhet and Kosani are the best cities to visit one should visit

Hello ! Would Like Travel Triangle and Mitthila Travels for there Assistance ! We Would Give Mitthila Travel a 4 Star Rating for their Services Offered Thanks to the team of Mithila Travels Ms Isha and Mr Suraj for the Prompt Response This was the 1st Time we Visited Himachal and me and my Wife were Extremely pleased with the hotel in Manali (Hotel Mountain Crest) The Staff there Mr Satnam and Anil Were Extremely Helpful in Offering utmost help in Staying and Giving Comfort ! The Hotel is on a Far Location to Mall Road Manali ! but its Good to have some Me Time there itself in Chilling Cold I Would Recommend Each and Every Guest to have a Stay in Manali at Mountain Crest ! Star Star Star Star Star Hotel in Shimla - Satyam Grand ! The hotel is Descent Enough to stay with Couple and Family but the Location is too bad ! Mithila Travels had informed us that in this hotel we would be connected to local Shimla and mall Road, but no this commitments Failed ! Failed Like hell ! The Location is Extremely Far ! Not Recommended ! for assistance called up Mithila Travels Manger MR Mukesh WHO WAS VERY RUDE AND DIDINT GIVE COMFORT AT ALL ! RUDE PERSON TO DEAL WITH , and then was connected to Mr Suraj who was Very Much Helpful in Shimla ! Gave Assistance for 2 days ! Will not recommend for SATYAM Grand only for Location , The Manager @Satyam Grand MR Rajesh was very helpful and polite ! For Hotels in Shimla Kindly Go for Areas Like Kachi Gatti, or Mall Road, Many Hotels at Reasonable Prices and Also Thanks to Travel Triangle and Mithila Travels for making Our Trip memorable

1)Hotel Neelesh inn was good. We enjoyed our stay over there. 2)Beyond stay by Vasavana property is not up to the mark. Cleanliness was not there. Rain worms were there in the room too. We called to the room service and enquired abt the buffet charge. The person quoted wrong amount. After a while when I went to reception to confirm. They told they would have mistakenly quoted. Which I failed to understand. The reason why I am saying it bcz I was disliking it from my room to room service personnel. So how can he quote wrong price. Not happy with the stay in beyond stay by vasavana.
