My recent trip to Kashmir with Adorable Tours was exceptional. Ms. Khushboo, my trip coordinator and she maintained constant communication with us, demonstrating a heartfelt concern for our well-being. She was there towards our entire trip and she gets regular updates from us as well as driver. Now, let me take a moment to applaud our exceptional driver, Mr.Nisar. He was more than just a driver, he became our guide and a friend. We had excellent communication and understanding. Trip was executed as per planned. Hotel selection as perfect and Khushboo made everything easy for us, I won't tell this as a costly trip and she made it as luxury trip at low cost. We had language issues, but Khushboo was there to translate during shopping as well. I highly recommend Adorable Tours and Travels to anyone looking for a stress-free and memorable travel experience. Thank you for making our dream vacation a reality!

Had a fantastic experience with Adorable tours and travels right from the beginning. A special shout out to Ms. Ishrat Khan for being so helpful, super fast responsive and taking feedback during the trip almost on daily basis. My entire family (3 couples) had an awesome experience (expect Snow bike cheats @ Gondola 1st phase activities zone, which was not a part of the package ofcourse) on all 7 days of the trip. Our representative / driver Mr. Wahid was also an amazing person who showed and suggested very good places throughout the trip. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better and flawless family vacation with parents. All thanks to Adorable Tours and Travels, Ms. Ishrat Khan (my travel advisor) and our representative/driver Wahid. Though I had a wonderful experience with Adorable tours and travels, I am totally disappointed with support from Travel Triangle, especially Manu Kaushik (travel Triangle Trip advisor), who was absolutely non responsive after my first installment was paid and a liar (multiple times he had his wife pick up the call and inform me that he's not at home after she said she would hand over the phone to him). I hope no one gets him as their travel advisor ! Chandanwadi Doodhpatri, and Gulmarg : such pretty and beautiful places!

Wonderful trip, super support from Travel Agent till the end of travel, would recommend all for Kashmir trip, the initial hotel room was also changed on request, on the downside, the cab driver should have knowledge of all the tourist's spots & so that he can guide for a much smoother trip. The trip was amazing except for the hotel at Katra heights. The hotel condition was very bad, the room was not clean. The room was full of moulds. The bedsheets and pillows were torn and they don't change the bedsheets daily the dinner was not in time. At the time of booking with the travel agent we had requested for Jain food but the hotel person could not provide later he provided rice dhal and chapati at 9.00 pm and more over to have dinner we need to walk 5 minutes to another place. Gulmarg, boat house Shikhar ride and sonmarg amazing

The location of the hotels were not great and the rooms were lower category rooms without any view. The service of the hotels was very good. The houseboat location, facilities were below par and we were given the 1st houseboat on the lake without any feeling of being on the lake. The car and the driver was excellent, was one of the factors that made this trip memorable The landscape and Mr. Shoukat who was driving our car and constantly provided us all services with a smile on his face.

Emaar Tours Booking Mishap Dampens Travel Experience I recently used Emaar Tours to book a group trip. While the overall experience was positive, a significant issue with our hotel reservation in Srinagar significantly impacted the enjoyment of our trip. Communication Breakdown: As a safety precaution, I confirmed our hotel bookings directly with each hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel in Srinagar denied having the number of rooms we were promised by Emaar Tours. Multiple Assurances, Unfulfilled Promise: Despite contacting Emaar Tours and receiving multiple assurances that they were rectifying the communication gap with the hotel, the situation remained unresolved until our arrival in Srinagar. Thankfully, after significant back-and-forth, the hotel finally provided the additional room we needed. Apology and Unsatisfactory Resolution: Emaar Tours apologized for the inconvenience but insisted the extra room would be at no additional cost. However, as the room was already included in our package, this did not adequately address the issue. Customer Shouldn't Bear Communication Burden: It is unacceptable that customers must resolve communication breakdowns between a travel agent's sales and booking teams. This lapse significantly impacted our group's experience and caused unnecessary stress and frustration. Unhelpful Escalation: Furthermore, escalating the issue to Travel Triangle, the platform used to book with Emaar Tours, yielded no assistance. My emails went unanswered, and no attempt was made to understand the situation. Overall: While other aspects of the trip were enjoyable, this experience highlights the importance of caution when considering Emaar Tours for future travel. Travelers should be aware of the potential for communication gaps and lack of support in resolving such issues.

Last week we had a great visit to Kashmir with help of Kashmir heaven. We had a very smooth and enjoyable transit, stays and foods. Even the hotel staff provided on demand food. Failzalbhai selected such customer friendly hotels for us. Most important:- The cab - this is most important for us as traveller because he is only guide for us. Faisal bhai selected Tanveer bhai for our cab service, Tanveer bhai is very nice person, punctual and trustworthy person. He saved lots of money by proper guidance in selection of end level cab, pony rides and sikara. Overall I had great days in Kashmir with help of Kashmir heaven tour and travels. The Kashmir heavenly landscape, mountain and the dal lake.

Hotel room was too small in 2 hotels. Basic things also needed to request 2- 2 times. Cab driver was good in skills, so travelling was safe. But no points covered which were on d way. It could have been easily accomodated in same route. Overall good. Beautiful Nature!
