Review for TRIPPRO: Vietnam Family Trip in May I recently booked a family trip to Vietnam through TRIPPRO, and it was an incredible experience. TRIPPRO's customer service was outstanding, from the initial inquiry to the end of our journey. They tailored the itinerary to our preferences, ensuring a well-planned and hassle-free trip. The accommodations recommended by TRIPPRO were excellent. We stayed in family-friendly 4 star hotels that were comfortable, clean, and conveniently located. The staff at each hotel was welcoming, and the rooms were spacious enough for our family of three. TRIPPRO organized a variety of activities and excursions that were the highlights of our trip. We explored the vibrant streets of Hanoi, enjoyed the breathtaking landscapes of Halong Bay, and immersed ourselves in the history of Hoi An, Mesmerizing Phu Quoc island. They also arranged family-friendly activities like a bicycle tour and a visit to a local village. Transportation arrangements were seamless, and the local guides provided valuable insights throughout our journey. 1.Travel agent should explain/include every detail of the sightseeing. For example - one of my sightseeing includes swimming, but my travel agent did not told us about the swimming. So, we did not come prepared for the swimming. 2. Travel agent should have told that some of these sightseeing are not worth it. Or it is only popular tourist attraction and the scenic view is average only. For example they have to tailored the itenary as per the taste of customer. Or should have send real photos/videos of the places. 3. Some of the travel agents did not reach out to us after giving their first offer/quotation. Atleast they have to message or call once a day to know the customer expectations. I know there were times when there is too much rush, but these small steps gave customer a satisfaction. And they did not feel leftout. Smooth travel experience with nice and tasty food. Hotels and hostel choices are also good.

That being said, we did face some disappointment regarding the final payment process. The clarification about the remaining balance was not addressed until the end of the trip, with repeated remainders, which caused some confusion and stress. The required travel vouchers were never posted in the portal until the end. But thanks to Sophie, who came to our rescue. It would have been much more convenient if all these issues had been resolved earlier in the process. Overall, we are grateful for the experience and Sophie's excellent service. We had a great experience with Bamboo Hat Tours. Sophie’s quick response and support throughout the trip was remarkable. There were no hassles. I went with my family. We all felt very secure and enjoyed the trip.

We booked six nights and five days to vietnam and cambodia holiday. Must say the travel agent was available 24/7 in wattsap and was helpful through out the trip.cab drivers were on time, hotels were too good ,walkable distance to shopping markets. The biggest minus was two days got wasted in airport ,travel agent should have booked interconnecting flights either at late night or early morning. Secondly we felt the amount they charged for the entire trip was too high and it wasn't worth it .I WOULD SUGGEST ITS BETTER PLANNED BY SELF THAN BY AN AGENT

We chose Bamboo Hat Travels for our trip to Vietnam. I was really sceptical at the beginning about planning my trip with travel from Vietnam and I am not sure of the credibility. But, I took the risk and it was really worth it. Our trip was very well planned - hotels, transfers, group tours and suggestions. Everyone was punctual and a big thanks to Sophie who helped me at every stage with the visa, tickets and others. She was also the first in clearing any doubts even before I could ask. Vietnam is a very beautiful country with amazing people and places to visit and I suggest everyone go ahead with their tour.

We had a great time on this trip. The package was customised well to suit our budget and preferences. All the transfers, accomodation were managed very smoothly and our travel agent, Steve was available at all times to answer our queries through the entire trip! Thank you! We loved exploring Hanoi on our own, the cycle trails at Nin Binh, the cruise stay at Ha long bay, the beautiful hotel with sea view at Da Nang and the city tour at Ho Chi Minh <3

I have a little bit problem with vegan meal. I know its about the country and we will not find Indian food there but i was hoping we had more options in vegan meals. This was only at one place, otherwise the food was amazing and the experience was good too. Bana hills was the best place

Their quotation is quite cheap than other travel agents.

Overall good experience, best part is regular monitoring of my comfort by the Bamboo Hat executive lady and very time bound pick up and other travel services. Trying crocodile meat (roasted) and Tam cocktail boating.
