Had a great holiday, would like to break the review in three parts, 1. Planning and execution by the Travel Triangle team: Excellent in this aspect. We had no hiccups at the end of the hotel and transportation arrangements. 2. Hotel and vehicle arrangement by Namaskaram Travels: Good property, the vehicle was provided and the drivers were also supportive. The only issue was the air conditioning of the vehicle, the climate to and from Waynad was a bit hot and the vehicle AC was not up to the task. 3. Local sightseeing: we faced a problem due to the language barrier. we were not able to re-plan the location due to a lack of local information.

And the driver details were shared 2days before the trip. The driver was able to understand our regional language Tamil has well which was very helpful for us. The sightseeing was well planned by the driver and we went ahead with his plan. We stayed in Karapuzha Village Resort which we ane of the pleasant stay. The resort ambience was very good. We got a lakeside view Village which was quite good and comfortable. Overall the trip went well ahead. Hotel in Waynad was superb and awesome but the house keeping was not as expected , They didn't change the sheets and clean washroom , and even didn't take the coffee cup that we use to have outside the room . Hotel in Coorg they have replaced the hotel and the hotel ambience is good but room is not as expected , Dental kit was not provided except soap and room was full of ants and mosquito , we where not getting hot water in morning and waited for 30 mins to fix it up. Transport - This was not comfortable to sit and AC was leaking both in front side and back side water was leaking via AC vent , and the seat was lose every time break seat is shaking , Driver says its bold was loose Overall we didn't met the correct Iternity provided . Day 3 was flop for us , Day 4 in coorg is simply superb except room. Food : Corrg resort food was not as expected and they don't have enough variety , But in Waynad it was good .

I chosen travel triangle for guided tour where I don't have to stress myself on itenary. However I see I got only bookings done but the sight visiting was all random and not planned proper. It's hard time for me to coordinate with can driver and I had to research and plan my itenary . Some of the places were missed because of this plan issues. Example I am not aware soochipoora has 1200 tickets which should be first in the morning in that case, but it was not planned first. Last day also to visit muthangi which is on the way also I need to request and coordinate with cab coordinator. Overall it's not the experience I expected. I suggest to prepare a step by step itenary instead of simply placing the list of places. List of places are all available over internet, people like me look for guided tour and allocate drivers who are friendly and willing to show more places as travelers are there to visit places and places expect coordial behavior.

I had a very good experience with the travel agent . Miss /Mrs Alia , she was prompt in getting me the itenary as per my requirement. She was available all the time . The cab vendor Mr Satya was very polite , gentle and generous. The driver was also very good . But the resort selection was not good . The resort was not good . There was no availability of food post 10 pm . Ala carte took lot of time .

The hotel is good and will do great in future if they improve their marketing and hire more staff down the line. The cab driver Shree. Amijith was friendly. 2 observations why i would give low ratings to Travel Triangle, first Shree. Subhabrato Bandopadhyay my Trip Guide at Travel Triangle was totally useless to me as he never responded to my calls, sms, emails or whatsapp messages. Secondly i got the cab details only hours before reaching the destination.
