      Had a great holiday, would like to break the review in three parts, 1. Planning and execution by the Travel Triangle team: Excellent in this aspect. We had no hiccups at the end of the hotel and transportation arrangements. 2. Hotel and vehicle arrangement by Namaskaram Travels: Good property, the vehicle was provided and the drivers were also supportive. The only issue was the air conditioning of the vehicle, the climate to and from Waynad was a bit hot and the vehicle AC was not up to the task. 3. Local sightseeing: we faced a problem due to the language barrier. we were not able to re-plan the location due to a lack of local information.

There are couple of places which are mentioned in iternary but cab driver said they are not operated now. So please check the places properly before adding them to iternary. We stayed in Karapuzha Village Resort which we ane of the pleasant stay. The resort ambience was very good. We got a lakeside view Village which was quite good and comfortable.       As per plan, Driver picked us up from our residence nd dropped back to residence.Driver maintained speed of 80.No unnecessary talking was there.Hotel stay was good.Beautiful scenery..Breakfast was delicious nd variety of items.On the day of departure I requested breakfast parcel as we were leaving early.Had to speak to a No of persons, but parcel was given as per our request.Travel agent Balaji holidays arranged our choice of resort.Nitin from Balaji was very helpful though another girl from Balaji was not very helpful.She used to not attend my calls.Only after reminding our hotel vouchers were given.Neither she reply to my chat. Being senior citizens visited the soochi pura waterfalls nd did zipline.

      The trip was good. I felt it was over-priced a little. However, given the less number of people, I agree the pricing was little over. The staff at the hotel were very friendly. However, the hotel doesn't provide any wifi, which is a minimum expectation from a hotel. Lastly, I was informed by the hotel that room rent for a day was refunded. But I was informed by travel agency "DiscoverMyTravel" that the money would be refunded as a credit note. This is completely unacceptable for me. When I paid in cash/card, how can you expect me to accept some credit voucher. Try to arrange for a proper refund policy.
