We started our trip from B'lore to Coorg and reached our destination at night due to traffic along the way but the Jungle Hill Resort was mesmerizing and quite well kept with a 4-bedded deluxe room. We visited the spectacular Golden Temple or one of the largest Tibetan Monastery which is also known as Namdroling Monastery. It encompasses the large school for the young monks and bave beautiful small cafes and eateries and souvenir shops for the tourist to check out. We found it had a beautiful view of the jungle and mountain view in the morning. The food was on the expensive side but we had breakfast buffet included in our package. Abbey Falls and the views of the meadows of Mandal petti were breathtaking. At Puspagiri National Park, it didn't feel like we were in India that showcased the best views of Nilgiri Hills adorned with the Nilkurungi plants. Rest of the places to visit were good but their slight overpriced such as Coffee Plantation tour, Dubbare Elephant Camp. Our hotels rooms at Ooty were disappointing. Rooms received from Kemp's Cave at their neighbouring building called The Baron's who gave us rooms with dirty linens, broken window lock, malfunctioning bathroom door and intercom. It was difficult to communicate with hotel staff although the reception staff were fast in sending help. Only the linens were changed and bathroom door was fixed. Rest were not fixed during our two days stay. The sightseeing was very good especially what made our day was the toy train ride from Ooty to Coonoor. The whole place was standstill due to traffic during public holiday so we had to resort to walking down the hill to reach the Ugadamandalam Railyway Station in Ooty. Pykara Falls and Lake, Wenlock Downs are picturesque places to remember in this trip. We opted out to visit Tea Factory and Doddabetta Peak due to heavy traffic. Mr. Rahul Kumar from All India Holiday has helped us before and throughout our trip to customise it and with payments at every juncture to make it a hassle-free ordeal. He have been very hospitable, content and patient in managing our trip . Travel Triangle and team has yet again made it possible for us to collect the best memories from hills of Ooty and Coorg. The best part of this trip was the journey through Bandipur Tiger Reserve and Madumalai Tiger Reserve when heading towards Ooty from Coorg via Bangalore-Mysore-Ooty Highway. We were surprised to spots innumerous deers, peacock, peahens, monkeys, wild Elephants and Giant Indian Squirrels. The reserves are well maintained with strict rules that are followed while traveling through them. We were lucky to get the glimpse of this reserve twice and both the times we have got to spot the animals.

ng that rooms are not available even they didnot discussed with me for changing hotels, when I checked other platform room are showing vacent, also after change of hotel they didnot refund the differential amount as well, after that when I went for check in I found that rooms not booked and on my complaint they booked the hotel to a third class hotel, and after spending 3 hours outside hotel I have to go for another hotel, trip sailer is a completely fraud company and behaviour of sheetal and saurabh was too bad, they are not customer oriented and totally unprofessional, when I made complaint to travel tringle executive, he was also feeling helpless and not supported to me, I am surprize to see that travel tringle is doing business with such fraud agents. worst experience this time but still I expect that Travel tringle will help in refunding differential amout and will take strict action to this fraud company trip sailer. worst experience

as paid by the hotel agency we have to wait for checkout because of that,took a lot of time to resolve it. We could have missed the sighting of the last day due to the payment issue. Cab Exp: The driver was cooperative and helped in sight seeing for the first 3 days. He started showing tantrums for the sightseeing of Trivandrum and was not ready to cover the places in our itinerary. There was a lot of miscommunication between Back2Holidays and the driver regarding the payment and itinerary discussion. When we called the agent to clarify he was not happy and we had a lot of arguments with him. Agency Exp: I would like to thank Nikita from Back2Holidays for helping us cover all the places in our itinerary. She was following up with us throughout our trip. Everything was planned according to our needs, hotels were nearby the sightseeing places. We had issues with driver and at one of the hotels,we reached out to her and she made sure our trip went according to our plan coordinated with the driver and at hotel and overall our trip was a memorable one. There can be improvements done to avoid miscommunication between the agency,driver and hotels.It creates a lot of stressful situations for the guests. Our last 2 days were a bit stressful due to that.

The hotels (Hotel Le Grand, Hotel Fairstay, Hotel Ultimate) were fantastic, and our driver, Arun Prakash, was accommodating. Although weather conditions affected some sightseeing, the overall experience was hassle-free and budget-friendly. However, I would have appreciated more proactive suggestions from the tour company on alternative activities during the bad weather. This would have further enhanced the experience. One area for improvement for TravelTriangle would be to maintain more direct involvement throughout the trip, as their role seemed limited after partnering with All India Holidays. Despite this, I totally recommend TravelTriangle and All India Holidays for their convenience and service quality.

Also hotel rooms are not suitable to stay. *Cab & Driver:* The cab driver sent by Lee Vacations was a 20-year-old boy who was good-natured but lacked driving skills and knowledge about the locations. Moreover, the cab agency seemed greedy, which was a bit of a concern. *Service of Travel Agent:* Despite the issues, the travel agent was very nice and decent. He was always available to address our queries and managed our trip effectively, even when he had to rely on another agent due to his limited knowledge of the locations. Overall, while there were some hiccups, the agent's service and efforts to resolve issues were commendable. With a bit more attention to detail and better coordination with suppliers, Travel Triangle could provide an even better experience for its clients. *Recommendation:* While I would recommend Travel Triangle for its agent's service, I would suggest they work on improving their supplier partnerships and quality control to ensure a smoother experience for clients.
