Preeti was helpful and approachable throughout the tour and provided best itinerary with in our budget. During the tour as well she was available all the way over the call. Hotels and Cab arrangements were also good and in particular cab coordinator Parvinder was very friendly and provided great service . Overall It was pleasant experience with Tripsailor.

TRAVEL AGENT SHOULD HAVE PROVIDE CONFIRMATION IN ADVANCE Otherwise hotel stay was good. Vehicle / driver - vehicle we hot is clean and in very good condition. However I felt the driver little bit arrogant In one instance, he refused to dropped us at restaurants for dinner and we have few seniors citizens with us moreover the restaurant was hardly within 1km range So that thing I didn't like. Last but not the least I thank and really appreciate Mr. Man Singh ji our driver for 2 days who made the sight seeing more enjoyable. Stay at Jaigarh palace brought the feel of staying at a palace itself. Heritage Juma camp provided a great hospitality and we could feel of the rich culture of Rajasthan. The food too was awesome. We had some spare time and spend the 3rd day at Pol Haveli (arranged by Hemant Singhji) at a roof top restaurant which was another great add on to the trip. Looking forward for more such trips in future. s were superb. Needs to improvement: 1. As I have booked the trip request much in-advance, the expectation was to get the best safari zone to visit, but the Safari zone (Zone 7) given to me had a really bad route. Strictly No-No, if you are travelling with small kid. This should be taken care by agent and guest should be better updated on this. 2. With past travel experience, I somewhere know that when we book the rooms from agents v/s we book the rooms directly; the hotel keeps the separate rooms. And the same thing happened in Jaipur, it was a corner room, where the tap, hand shower were not working; also there was tore plastic sheet in bathroom partition, which can anytime hurt the guest. The same was informed to hotel reception. 3. When you pay for the trip, which also means the planning remains with trip agent. But, agent shared the coordinator name [cab/safari], where guest needs to contact them for any further lead and planning. This should be well managed.

the trip as we had asked. We were given multiple hotel options while booking & ample amount of time to think & recheck the same. Driver Om Prakash was assigned for our trip, he was again very patient & humble with us. We were two mommies with two kids but didn't face any trouble throughout the trip for a week. Only disappointment was the desert camp, tent stay was horrible due to frogs & insects inside & the overall infrastructure was also okay. All other hotel stays were good & comfortable. Thank you team for making our trip hassle free & memorable, I would surely recommend it to my friends.
