1. The travel agent was very helpful and coordinate with us through out 2. Vietnam is a fantastic country and people are very polite and helpful. The places are scenic and tourism is very well regulated 3. All tours were on time and as per what was promoted on photos Cons 1. We took a 5 star overnight ambassador cruise and 5 of us ended up with food poisoning. Although promoted as a luxury cruise, the quality of food seems suboptimal. 2. The English speaking guides at few places hardly spoke any English 3. One of the hotels had broken plumbing without hot water for 2 days !!!

(1) In Hanoi, we experienced the vibrant city life, enjoying visits to iconic locations like Ocean City Park 2, the Hop-On Hop-Off City Tour, Dong Xuan Market, Beer Street, and the unique Train Street. All were excellent! (2) Our experience on the Ninh Binh Day Guided Tour by limousine bus on February 25th, 2025. Despite the rainy, cloudy, and cold weather, we thoroughly enjoyed our adventure. The tour, which took us from our Hanoi Capital Hotel to Hoa Lu, Trang An/Tam Coc, and Mua Cave, was excellent. We started at Hoa Lu, exploring its ancient royal temples, followed by a pleasant bicycle ride through local villages. The Vietnamese and Indian lunch was also very enjoyable. The boat trip through the Trang An Grottoes was a highlight, and the hike up the mountain at Mua Cave, with its stunning views of the Ngo Dong River, was truly thrilling, even in the rainy atmosphere. Overall, it was a very good adventure and a memorable experience. (3) The grand finale was our tour of Halong Bay and Lan Ha Bay, culminating in a visit to Cat Ba Island. The 5-star La Pandora cruise was truly the crown jewel of our trip, providing a luxurious and unforgettable experience. (4) In Da Nang, we enjoyed a relaxing beach escape, followed by an exhilarating adventure at Ba Na Hills. The Golden Bridge, the thrilling cable car ride, the Lava Train, Fantasy Park, the charming French Village, and many other attractions created unforgettable memories. We also deeply appreciated the opportunity to explore the majestic Marble Mountains and the impressive Lady Buddha statue. Our two-night stay in Da Nang and tour to Hoi An were magical. We fully immersed ourselves in the local culture and cuisine, and releasing lanterns along the river was an especially unforgettable moment. (5) We also enjoyed the lively party atmosphere and nightlife of Ho Chi Minh City, and gained valuable insights into the country's war history at the Cu Chi Tunnels and Melong Delta tour. Throughout our journey, the guides ensured seamless transitions between destinations and offered insightful explanations about Vietnam's rich history, including its war history and the significance of Buddhism. The tour was expertly curated, ensuring a truly wholesome and immersive experience. He helped us with our entire trip made sure we did not miss the golden bridge (even though it was raining) , he even helped us to carry our baby stroller sometimes both at sun world and hoi an . I really appreciate him in putting this much effort for making our trip seamless. Last but not the least , sophie were phenomenal in making sure that everything related to our trip is covered and was available all the time, whenever she was required. I would definitely recommend this to all of my friends at bangalore. Thank you Sophie and the entire team.
