The team’s responsiveness and the quality of most accommodations made the journey enjoyable, but a bit more attention to detail in hotel bookings and activity arrangements would make the experience even better.

l for one night was basic while the second one was good. In Mawlynnong we did not get to stay in the hotel that was mentioned on the voucher and should have been communicated better. The driver arranged was also not very satisfactory. Please check about Kamakhya temple time needed and if you need to talk to someone to get VIP tickets before, similarly would have been good to let us know that Waterfalls would be out of water in meghalaya in December, they caused unnecessary waster of our time. Also he should know what Shillong peak is closed on Wednesdays which caused us to waste another precious 2 hours.
