Had to keep all the Luggages on top , and every time there was rain it was inconvenience to put tarpaulin. Secondly because of CNG , every time a refilling was needed all the passengers had to step out of the vehicle which was again inconvenient and uncomfortable. 2. Guidance about the Holiday Destinations: A better guidance was needed from the Holiday planner about the choices of the places we had selected in our itinerary. We were not able to cover 2 places in our itinerary because of excessive hilly terrain throughout the route. We had to modify our trip with additional costs incurred by us. Also no refund was provided for the Hotels which we couldn't stay and for the Journey distance which was reduced.

What was the point of saying that we dont go there?? What i have understood is that they themselves not aware of the route. There was lack of clarity about th places.
