The places selected as part of the itinerary were very scenic and we had a fabulous time in all these places. The islands in Krabi were beautiful and picture perfect which we thoroughly enjoyed. 2. The choice of hotels were very good, specially the one in Phuket where the room had direct entry to swimming pool from the balcony. 10/10 for this. 3. The support and responsiveness received from Nikita while planning the itinerary. She was very patient, listened to all our queries patiently and tried to accommodate our requests as much as possible within the budget that we had agreed upon. 4. OnTrip app had all the details day wise for the itinerary which helped us to keep a track of everything. For all the support needed during the trip, it helped us to reach out to the concerned team on time. 5. The private vehicles assigned during the trip was spacious and comfortable for us 5 adults and 2 kids. It was also neat and clean and we faced no issues during transfers from one place to another. Couple of feedback that I would like Navigatio to consider and accommodate in the future. I won't exactly call these points as Cons, but merely feedback to make their services even better : 1. We didn't have lunch breaks for couple of days when there were internal transfers from one place to another during the trip. Upon informing the driver, he refused to stop for lunch stating they have not been informed to stop anywhere for lunch. We had two small kids aged 4 and 7. This is something that can be planned better as part of preparing the itinerary for families with kids. 2. We had an internal flight to catch from Bangkok to Krabi early in the morning. The driver who was supposed to pick us up, parked his vehicle at the fag end of the hotel parking lot and we were not aware whether the driver has arrived or not. He should ideally have informed of his arrival in the reception. We were a bit confused for sometime searching for him. Finally we located him after sometime sitting inside the van with doors and windows closed. We informed this to Tarun who took cognizance of the same and ensured we didn't face any more glitches during the trip. Barring the above couple of minor glitches, our overall experience was smooth and we had a very good trip with lots of good memories for a lifetime. f our trip, and we’re leaving with amazing memories and photos. However, our experience at Naina Spa and Resort was the complete opposite. The staff behavior was unprofessional and rude, and the service was overall pathetic. It was a major dampener on an otherwise perfect vacation. While Phuket is stunning, this resort made our stay quite miserable. I would recommend enjoying the sights of Phuket but staying elsewhere. We have some best memories from Phi Phi Island, Poda Island and Two Bay beach. I would like to visit Thailand beach and beauty again.

They should learn what is called hospitality.I wont suggest anyone to go at andamanee resort if you are in krabi. vibe was 0 /10. on the other side hotel in ohuket was extremely wow. hotel named naina resort and spa. hospitality was great vibe was 10/10. staff was too polite. It was very difficult to leave that place while going back home. food was good . truly amazing. Travel agency have given us very good service everything was on time also they have cleared all of our queries. they used a app called ON TRIP and that was very easy to use and understandable. all the cabs were on time the service was on point. i will give 3.5/5 star . only because of annoying and pathetic andamanee resort and spa. Please remove that particular hotel from you list . Thank you
