The places selected as part of the itinerary were very scenic and we had a fabulous time in all these places. The islands in Krabi were beautiful and picture perfect which we thoroughly enjoyed. 2. The choice of hotels were very good, specially the one in Phuket where the room had direct entry to swimming pool from the balcony. 10/10 for this. 3. The support and responsiveness received from Nikita while planning the itinerary. She was very patient, listened to all our queries patiently and tried to accommodate our requests as much as possible within the budget that we had agreed upon. 4. OnTrip app had all the details day wise for the itinerary which helped us to keep a track of everything. For all the support needed during the trip, it helped us to reach out to the concerned team on time. 5. The private vehicles assigned during the trip was spacious and comfortable for us 5 adults and 2 kids. It was also neat and clean and we faced no issues during transfers from one place to another. Couple of feedback that I would like Navigatio to consider and accommodate in the future. I won't exactly call these points as Cons, but merely feedback to make their services even better : 1. We didn't have lunch breaks for couple of days when there were internal transfers from one place to another during the trip. Upon informing the driver, he refused to stop for lunch stating they have not been informed to stop anywhere for lunch. We had two small kids aged 4 and 7. This is something that can be planned better as part of preparing the itinerary for families with kids. 2. We had an internal flight to catch from Bangkok to Krabi early in the morning. The driver who was supposed to pick us up, parked his vehicle at the fag end of the hotel parking lot and we were not aware whether the driver has arrived or not. He should ideally have informed of his arrival in the reception. We were a bit confused for sometime searching for him. Finally we located him after sometime sitting inside the van with doors and windows closed. We informed this to Tarun who took cognizance of the same and ensured we didn't face any more glitches during the trip. Barring the above couple of minor glitches, our overall experience was smooth and we had a very good trip with lots of good memories for a lifetime. ion was terrible. Despite asking repeatedly on WhatsApp for cab details, there was no response. When we landed at the airport, we realized no cab had been booked at all. We were forced to wait for more than 1 hour at the airport with small kids in the cold, with zero support from the agent. We called him nearly 20 times, but the response was extremely poor. Eventually, they just booked an Uber, again without informing us properly. When we reached the hotel, the situation got worse. The hotel condition was pathetic—broken beds, stained bedsheets, and cockroaches in the dining area. On top of that, we were shocked to learn that the agent had not paid the hotel or the cab, and we were forced to pay on the spot to avoid further trouble. The next day, when we left for Manali, the second hotel was also below standard. The driver was from a different city and had no knowledge of local sightseeing. Despite clearly telling the agent in advance that our main purpose was to see snow, we completely missed Rohtang Pass because the driver did not know the timing, permits, or protocol. We also requested help with local shopping, but the driver himself had no idea and couldn’t guide us at all. The team was extremely poorly coordinated, with no clarity, no planning, and no accountability. The worst incident was when the cab driver stopped the vehicle mid-road and refused to go further, saying he hadn’t been paid. This was terrifying and completely unacceptable, especially with kids traveling. Even though dinner was included in the package, we had to pay an additional ₹7,500, which has still not been reimbursed. Our payment is still pending with the agent, as we had to cover hotel and cab expenses ourselves due to his failure. Overall, this was a very poorly planned trip, with no response even after countless calls, no responsibility, and no professionalism. I would strongly advise against using this agent. After this experience, I will never choose Travel Triangle again.

But, one thing that disappointed us was the customer handling and conflict that happened which showed clear lack of customer focus and satisfaction. We were promised two physical sims, we clearly told our phones don't have esim facility. , We got only 1 sim and it didn't work until we raised a complaint with Matrix. I had to purchase another SIM. Please don't promise anything that you cannot fulfill, this is my feedback to you. There is one specific person named Tarun who esp. was very rude and argumentative. He lacks the ability to listen to customers and solution, which is key to success in this service industry. On the other hand , Ayush was very professional and handled the conflict well

There were, however, a few small coordination gaps across different days (infant count on the 4-Island tour, and the airport drop timing mix-up in Phuket). At the start of the trip, we got International SIM for maintaining basic connectivity and easy low/no mark-up Forex card for local usage - both items helped when on the trip. During the trip, the team was very prompt & responsive for any queries that we had. All the transfers were comfortable and well planned. They ensured transport details for next day was shared in advance on regular basis. The hotel accommodation was as per our requirements. The rooms were great & very clean and as requested..Worth the money spent.. Special mention for Baan Lamai Hotel & Resort from where the Patong beach is easily accessible across the road... It was ensured that we get proper vegetarian food at all hotels as well as on the Boat trips.. All the local operators for island hopping were very polite and informative... They even suggested how to maximize the time we had at every location.. For the day at leisure we had support from their team to arrange for rental cab on payment basis which is much better than local Grab taxi service Our vacation was a huge success !! Would highly recommend Navigatio ASIA for planning an unforgettable vacation...
