ey do not pick our call even. In Detail: During journey to Lachen from Gangtok, our car tyre got punctured. Stepney available with car was totally worn out. Compelled to travel with that stepney compromising safety. As expected, before we reach Lachen, on the way, again the tyre got flattened. Very next day our trip was planned for Gurudongmar lake. M/s Jere was pressurizing us to visit to Lake with that car only. We straight refused to accept their proposal but still they were pursuing. After lots of deliberation, we said that we are cancelling our Lake trip, because it will be a serious safety compromise for our family. Finally, at 23:00hrs night they arranged one local vehicle for Lake visit. During this process tried to contact TRAVEL TRANGLE multiple times but they did not pick my call. I am really disappointed with the attitude of TRAVEL TRANGLE. NOT EXPECTED. So, by the grace of GOD if nothing wrong happened during tour, then it's your good luck. But if something happens then you have to suffer, Travel Trangle will not extend support. Finally, we had to travel from Lachen via Lachung to Gangtok with no stepney, mind it no stepney in our vehicle. It was a scary journey for us. Thank you, GOD.

He was regularly in my touch. Every day he called and taken updates of my tour progress. He is a very humble and helpful person. Hotels provided @ Sikkim,north sikkim, pelling and darjiling were very nice and all hotels location were superb. The cab drivers were allocated to me @ sikkim, North sikkim and darjiling were superb and knowledgeable about the area. The service provided of cab drivers were superbly. We had a comfortable ride with them. Only one thing disappointed me was weather of pelling. It's totally fog weather so Kanchenjunga view was not show properly. I would really suggest others to travel with Jeremy Travel. North sikkim

scared when we saw the bridge connecting to lachung. We got scared as our driver was also not comfortable in crossing that bridge. Overall it was good.

top quality and we absolutely loved them. I have to mention that lachen was closed during our trip and they quickly adapted to the new conditions. They had to arrange new accommodation and a new itinerary for us. Thanks a lot for that. Cab drivers were really friendly and joyful. They both took us to lovely places and allowed us to enjoy at the fullest. I want to thank anish ji for accompanying throughout the trip and also he helped us to reach the airport ontime on the last time. Good luck to all of you and I hopefully will plan another trip soon.

y. I would like to highlight few cons/issues we had during our trip 1. The mobile number of driver and pickup time for next day should have been informed a day prior. It led to irritation as we were ready and drivers came late for first 3-4 days. 2. First 2 cars were not clean from inside. Especially last seat windows had too much dust. 3. As we had senior citizens and hotels did not have lifts, they had to climb 3 stairs almost 3-4 times a day at our last hotel in Darjeeling. Please make sure to get the rooms on ground or first floor if there are senior citizens in groups. 4. We were not informed regarding toy train booking earlier, otherwise we would have booked it by ourselves beforehand. Also, when we asked for booking, we were not informed that you guys are charging 300 per person extra just to book a ticket online. We came to know when we checked ourselves. 5. If senior citizens and children are there in group, please suggest 2 nights stay in Lachung, as it becomes too hectic to travel to and from Lachung plus sightseeing in 2 days and 1 night stay. Apart from these points, we had beautiful experience in Sikkim and Darjileeng. Thanks for wonderful trip

d presented the plan for Darjeeling and Kalimpong - the first night at Darjeeling hotel was not per my requirements - too small room and it in no way was a 3 star hotel. The transfer vehicles were agreed to be either Dzire or Innova/ Xylo however the agent was not fully aware about it. My transfer was delayed from Darjeeling to Pelling due to unavailability of vehicle, they sent me the vehicle at 2 pm and that ruined the whole day - my sightseeing of Pelling for 1st day was not possible as the vehicle came in late and we reached Pelling at around 7-7:30 pm. I had escalated the situation to Travel Triangle representative who was very cold and never responded to my concern. Attached is the snap of lack of responsiveness of Travel Triangle representative. I am very disappointed with Travel Triangle representative's approach, they had left us on the mercy of the travel agent and had never coordinated with me. This was a very bad experience; my previous 3 experiences were much better. Based on this experience with travel triangle I would never recommend my friends and family to get services from them. It is a waste of money to have them; it would be rather better to directly connect with a travel agent and pay less to them.
