This is understandable due to weather and snow covered roads, but the prices are too high for the distances. In addition to that some places like Mt. Katao is not allowed after a military base camp which is 15 KM before the mountain. This has been done about 2 years ago(after doklam) still driver or service provider do not give you insight. 3. For few distances like skywalk in Pelling (2KM one way) from the hotel the driver charges you Rs 1000 extra if you do not include them during booking. Zippitirp just ignores it saying that is your dealing with driver. However, isn't it their responsibility to inform traveler while creating itinerary that this place is interesting you might like it? to avoid further miscommunications? 4. While making itinerary, they do not provide you much information about the places which you can visit. You have to do your homework on reviews provided by other travelers on internet. I think, they should have ready list of sightseeing, which travelers should choose as per their interests Any travel agencies arranging for taxi, should give complete information to travelers of the places of interest and allow them to choose. I have traveled various states in north, but Sikkim experience was not good due to lack of clarity.

Cabs The Driver allotted for local sightseeing in Sikkim did not come . we were given another cab but the driver came late and did not show us most of the Sightseeing points in Gangtok. He was in a hurry and just dropped us at one of the Points and told us to manage going to the Hotel. We felt this as unprofessional. For Nathula Pass, we were told to get ready to 5.30 am in the Morning. However the Cab came to pick us up at 7.30 AM. Barring these two incidents, rest all other days, Cabs and Driver were very good. Sikkim is beautiful with natural beauty. We had a good family time

We usually rely on our travel partner to guide us on such things, especially when prior bookings are required. This would help avoid last-minute issues and ensure a smoother experience. That being said, everything else about the trip was wonderful, and we truly enjoyed it. This is my first trip with Traveltriangle and Unexplored trip. Happy with both. Regarding trip details: Northsikkim was really good. Journey is adventurius with risks (especially during rains as landslides may happen). Drivers we got were good. Roads are small and require maintenace as there are lot of pitholes and damanges. In Gangtok, City is very beautiful with colourful houses. Traffic jams in the city are frequent.

ey do not pick our call even. In Detail: During journey to Lachen from Gangtok, our car tyre got punctured. Stepney available with car was totally worn out. Compelled to travel with that stepney compromising safety. As expected, before we reach Lachen, on the way, again the tyre got flattened. Very next day our trip was planned for Gurudongmar lake. M/s Jere was pressurizing us to visit to Lake with that car only. We straight refused to accept their proposal but still they were pursuing. After lots of deliberation, we said that we are cancelling our Lake trip, because it will be a serious safety compromise for our family. Finally, at 23:00hrs night they arranged one local vehicle for Lake visit. During this process tried to contact TRAVEL TRANGLE multiple times but they did not pick my call. I am really disappointed with the attitude of TRAVEL TRANGLE. NOT EXPECTED. So, by the grace of GOD if nothing wrong happened during tour, then it's your good luck. But if something happens then you have to suffer, Travel Trangle will not extend support. Finally, we had to travel from Lachen via Lachung to Gangtok with no stepney, mind it no stepney in our vehicle. It was a scary journey for us. Thank you, GOD.

Hotels provided @ Sikkim,north sikkim, pelling and darjiling were very nice and all hotels location were superb. The cab drivers were allocated to me @ sikkim, North sikkim and darjiling were superb and knowledgeable about the area. The service provided of cab drivers were superbly. We had a comfortable ride with them. Only one thing disappointed me was weather of pelling. It's totally fog weather so Kanchenjunga view was not show properly. I would really suggest others to travel with Jeremy Travel. North sikkim
