n Bali. Based on that expectation, we finalized our trip with Tour Hunters. The booking process, including receiving the vouchers and initial coordination, went smoothly. However, the actual experience during the trip was far from satisfactory. We were two families traveling together, and the biggest issue started with the execution on ground. We were assigned a driver who was also supposed to act as our guide. While the driver during our stay in Kuta and Ubud was polite, he had no guiding knowledge whatsoever — he was merely a driver. Due to this lack of guidance, we missed out on a couple of important places on our itinerary. For example, one evening we were taken to a temple and reached there at 7:05 PM, only to be told it was closed at 7:00 PM. What was disappointing is that we had stopped on the way for 20–25 minutes, and the driver didn’t inform us about the closing time. That resulted in a complete waste of 3 hours (1 hour to the temple and 2 hours back to the hotel). Another instance was at Tanah Lot. Although we reached the destination, we were taken to a different side of the area, completely missing the more iconic and beautiful view from the main side. Again, the lack of guidance played a role in this mishap. The most troubling part of our trip was at Nusa Penida. The driver there was extremely unprofessional and borderline threatening in his behavior. As tourists, we rely on local operators for information and direction. If something is not aligned with their plans, it should be communicated politely and respectfully. Instead, his tone and behavior were completely unacceptable and made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe. We also saw how other tourists were treated by their drivers and felt extremely disappointed with our choice. In hindsight, choosing Tour Hunters through Travel Triangle turned out to be a grave mistake. What should have been a joyful and memorable trip became frustrating and disappointing in many aspects.

Given that we were extremely unsure, he demonstrated an amazing level of patience, was open to multiple ideas (thanks to the confused us!) and also helped us in zeroing down to the best solution given our travel intention. We planned part of our Seoul + Busan tour along with additional requests like pickup and drop which wasn't in the original plan. Darpan accommodated all our requests, even when some changed at the last minute. This really took the stress out of the trip planning. On the actual trips - the partners for local tours identified were amazing. The trips were extensive, the guides were knowledgeable, and we were able to experience the place with the full charm. No undercutting, and no overdoing! The trips started from our hotel which was an added plus. The hotel in Busan, which was booked by them had an amazing location - right in the middle of the train station and the subway. It literally took us 2 mins to reach either location. Only thing - the rooms were very small. However, I can ignore that keeping the other benefits in mind. All in all, thanks to TT and Serene for making this a beautiful event. I will definitely keep them in mind while booking future trips !

Clipago team was very much reachable over the phone as and when required and the response was prompt, their team found truly professionals. Recommending not to Visit Thailand May to September months. October to March is good time to enjoy and visit all islands, max can be extended till April but not in May due to weather conditions in Thailand. Overall the Trip was very nice and i would like to thanks Travel Triangle and Clipago team for making the tour success inspite of bad weather conditions. Strongly recommends Clipago.

Our visit to the parks in Abu Dhabi was another major highlight. Warner Bros. World was absolutely the best – not just for our son but for us adults too! The rides, shows, and themed zones were fantastic. SeaWorld was a delight for our little one — he loved every bit of it, and it was very child-friendly and interactive. The view from Dubai Frame was breathtaking, and we really enjoyed spending time there as well. The Dubai city tour was enjoyable, thanks to the polite and knowledgeable drivers who made us feel comfortable throughout. The vehicles provided were excellent, and most of the drivers went above and beyond, often giving us shopping tips and helping us avoid tourist traps — which really helped us save some dirhams! There was just one hiccup with the driver during our Dubai Frame visit. Despite having a private vehicle booked, we weren’t dropped off as per our request and had to wait in the harsh sun until the driver arrived at the designated parking spot. That day aside, all other drivers and guides felt like part of our own family. One suggestion for improvement: If the Burj Khalifa show could be arranged in the morning, the view would’ve been much better. We missed the iconic view due to the timing. Also, the hotel rooms were underwhelming for a 5-star property – loose pins, outdated TV sets, and slow service with unresponsive reception calls were disappointing. However, the staff was polite and helpful. All in all, the trip was very well planned and executed by Rayna Tours & Travel Vichar. Despite a few minor setbacks, we never felt like we were in a foreign country — the team made us feel right at home. After all, a few bumps make the journey memorable, don’t they? ve my genuine Feedback. I had a discussion with Mr. Digipal Jee from Travel Triangle and Mr. Ankit from the local travels company. I would like to say that the vehicle (Desire) which was assigned to me was not up to the mark. The AC was not working properly. The temperature was very high but anyways I managed. But my Blood pressure was high when the driver asked me money for petrol. They don't even have the communication that I have paid the entire amount to Travel Triangle two days back. Thereafter I called my so called agent Mr. Digipal Jee and Ankit Jee, thereafter the issue got resolved. This shows that they are not professionals and Poor Communication between their travel agents and travel triangle. My Hotel bookings in Munnar was at "Hotel Star Emirates" it was a 4 Star Property but here also the same issue no communication on the payment matter. The receptionist asked me about the payment and here also I called Mr. Digipal Jee and Ankit and clarified that the entire amount has been paid to Travel Triangle before two days back. My family was suffering and we waited for 1 hour for Check-in. Poor Co-ordination. Now review on Room. I stayed their for 2 Nights and till my entire stay the Intercom (A Major source of Communication within the Hotel) was not working. When I complained they just told that it will be rectified soon. But till my checkout the Phone was out of order. They gave me duty manager's contact number and asked I can call in this number if anything is required. But when my son tried calling in this number to order Noodles for him the phone was not responding at that time. I waited for 10 mins in my room but i didn't recieved any kind of response form the hotel end. It was my big mistake to book my Package from Travel Triangle. I am sorry I will never repeat this mistake once Again. They also charged me Rs. 1000 extra because my son's actual age was 13 instead of I mentioned 12 Years while booking this package. The Gentleman from Travel Triangle Mr. Digipal Jee called me directly and asked to pay Rs. 1000 extra at Hotel only because my son is 1 year more elder than what I register. My point is I managed lot of non-cooperation from the travel agent but they can't managed a single mistake from my end. Thanks Travel Triangle for all this....I will never ever repeat this kind of mistake in my life.
