The cruise night was best. We were travelling with infants and tour was planned very well that we never felt any difficulties. We loved the coffee from Vietnam. We loved our trip too much that we are still missing those days. I will suggest everyone to book with S Vietnam and travel triangle. Even our agent provided us gift which was very sweet. Hotels: All the hotels booked by Navigatio including the ones we selected were good. Rooms were neat and tidy and breakfast options were available even for vegetarians. There was some snag in the last hotel booking which caused us to have to change rooms and some stress but the team were quick to help and respond and didn't leave us hanging at any point. Mr .Tarun from the firm got in touch personally to make sure the issue was handled. 3. Activities: all activities that we opted for were very well organised and fun and we were given instructions well in advance. 4. Internal travel: we had a couple hiccoughs with cab drivers and rest stops due to language trouble. But the team actioned it on our feedback. the rest of the internal transfers were very smooth and comfortable. 5. On ground communication: very quick and responsive using their travel app. Overall I would suggest Navigatio as a tour planner because they care about their customers , have integrity and good knowledge of the destinations and will make sure you are taken care of if inevitable issues may come up on your trip. Only thing was that the initial itinerary shared has zoo on second day and Sentosa on 4th day. When i received the voucher it was exchanged. Thank god i did not book the ticket for Harry potter considering the first itinerary else the money would have been gone. But i would rate 4.5/5 for the Singapore. Now coming to Bali, I wanted a kid friendly trip, but it was a nightmare. This itinerary was just a copy paste of an general 2 day itinerary and no research was done tour coordinator. Both the days we had to travel in car in scorching sun. All day we were on cab roaming from one place to another. My kid id not enjoy in turn we also had a bad day. We had specifically asked for a bigger hotel in Bali but the hotel was poor with less veg option in the breakfast menu. Only positive was the cab and cab driver. I would choose them for Singapore but a big no for Bali!
