Additionally, he tended to prioritize easy parking spots and asked us to walk longer distances to sightseeing points, whereas we noticed other drivers dropping guests much closer to the attractions. This was slightly inconvenient, especially while traveling with family. That said, the overall planning and coordination by Ideal Tours & Travels were well done. With a little better driver guidance and local familiarity, the experience could be even better. We would still consider them again for future trips

a lot. Earlier, in January 2025, I had booked a travel package through TravelTriangle from other agent for Assam, and unfortunately, the experience was horrible. Because of that, I was initially reluctant to book again through TravelTriangle. However, I later realized that TravelTriangle is only a mediator, and the actual experience depends on the final travel agent handling the trip. Recently, we traveled to Uttarakhand with RiseNgo Pvt. Ltd., and this time the experience was excellent. We are very happy with the services provided by them. They took care of every detail throughout the journey and ensured a smooth and comfortable trip. We completed our trip successfully and landed at Navi Mumbai Airport today. Unfortunately, it appears that some people—possibly competitors—are posting incorrect and misleading remarks on this platform, which does not reflect our genuine experience. otel. Corns: 1) As soon as you accept the offer the travel executive will make your life hell for the rest of the payments. I was assigned Firdous who used to start the day with message/call to release payment even sometimes before time. It was not my first experience with TT agents but sorry to say it was the worst one. You will feel that you have opted a wrong travel agent. 2) On the name of 4 star hotel we were given a 3 start hotel. Towels were dirty, no tea table or a single chair. 3) AC was not working in one room. 4) While return journey from Hotel to Airport we were asked to compromise in a sedan even though I paid for SUV. When I strictly denied they gave SUV. Surprisingly Firdous was not available on phone at that time. 5) We booked hotel for 3 nights and 4 days. But the hotel was asking to leave the room before time itself. Again they were asking to compromise in a single room even though we paid for 2 rooms. Seems there was no synchronization between hotel and Bindas Trips. It was a big mess after reaching. Better to opt for other travel agent for Goa.

d Our cab driver welcomed us at Bali airport, with flowers and a smile. The cab was neat, spacious and comfortable. Ther tour itinerary was followed as planned, and we covered all places except Udub palace and market. There was small ambiguity regarding the cab usage timinigs, which was swiftly cleared by Mr. Manan Chabra and his team. Hotel Swissbelton at Kuta (Anatheera), was classy, though we were not given pool access room there, but was compensated by the good spread of breakfast buffet. The dinner served there was also not bad, but we longed for spiccy indian food which was sparse. Lagoon pool access room at Kori Maharani was grt. except it was more a honeymooners type room, with no privacy for the bathrooms, but the staff made us a makeshift curtain on request. The pool there was good, but with lot of insects and leeches. The floating breakfast was good but the buffet and dining menu were very moderate, compared to Anatheera. Then on the day of our departure, they gave us a big basket of takeaway breakfast which we enjoyed at the airport. Overall it was a good trip. Our spl. thanks to Mr. Nikson, our driver who was a very friendly and cheerful person. We thanked him with a generous tip for his service, before we left. Not to mention you, Sakshi, who patiently bore with us during the planning of itenerary and also tailored our trip as wished by my family at a reasonable price. Big thanks to Sakshi and Minsu for their pre- tour support and Mr. Manan Chabra and team for their on- ground support at destination. An additional change occurred due to one driver's accident, requiring repeated coordination with new drivers each time.No delays resulted from these issues, but better agency coordination could have prevented the hassle. Right from our pickup at Bagdogra airport to our drop-off at the end of the trip, was done seamlessly. Jampa Dubjur (JD) was our tour guide in this trip and Haapa Dorji was the driver accompanying us. They were kind, knowledgeable and very accommodating. They made sure we had a good time during the long drives! Following hotels were provided to us : 1. Phuentsholling : Hotel Legphel -> 2km away from the main town. The rooms were excellent, hygienic and food was pretty good too! 2. Thimphu : Hotel Takhtsang -> Located at the centre of the city, but the room was decent, however the food was good! 3. Punakha : Hotel Khurukhuru -> Located at the centre of the city. The rooms were great, hygienic and food was pretty good too! 4. Phobjika : Hotel Odiyana -> This hotel has a great view of the Phobjika valley. However, the room was pretty average. The food was pretty good(however, despite booking for a breakfast in advance. IT was over way early.) 5. Paro : Hotel Ratna Vara -> Located at the centre of the city, The rooms were excellent, hygienic and food was pretty good too! I had always heard that Bhutanese are very deep rooted to their culture and pretty genuine in keeping their tourist happy. JD, Dorji and Sharmila proved that it was true. If you’re planning for a trip to Bhutan, I would highly recommend to go with Green Zone Destination Tours! Tiger Nest hike and Hot Stone bath after a grueling hike was the best experience!

the executives Iqra, Farah, chetna all of them provided quick service. The driver Tufail Iqbal bhai was also too good. He drove safe very punctual made us enjoy local cuisines and helped find us better shopping spot too. We travelled with our 5 year daughter and felt very safe throughout the trip. The hotels provided were top class in its ambience location and services. We've already recommended RTT to our friends and colleagues who are planning trips for the upcoming holidays.

Aswan, Abu Simbel and Luxor - Good co-ordination with the local ground teams. They did not keep to timelines, but got there in the end 2. Aswan-Kom Ombo-Edfu(by road) - Our car kinda gave up before we left Aswan, but a replacement was found in 2 hours. The new driver busted his guts to get us into Luxor in time for the evening sound and light show without breaking any road rules. Respect. What went wrong(badly): The overnight train ride from Cairo to Aswan We used train no 86, leaving Giza at 8 PM (planned) , and 9 PM (actual) Very old berths, washrooms not suitable for humans, and unhelpful staff If you read this review this far - my humble take - if you are travelling with children and/or senior citizens, save your time and money. Just fly out Cairo-Aswan the next day. The luggage in Aswan will take time to arrive, but it is better than the train journey

Once you make first payment, response is very slow; delhi hotel was different ( and poor quality) than what was quoted. Car provided was quite old but driver was good. With CNG cars we have to keep luggage on top which makes luggage all dusty and we need to get down each time refilling is needed. Had to pay out of pocket (even though I was assured at the time of booking that driver will drop) to get dropped for safari earlier in the morning. My suggestion is for TT to connect us with local travel agents who have deep local knowledge to guide us appropriately.
